GoogleWe are a prospective buyer and Bailey did an excellent job at showing us around the property. She was well-informed, throughly professional and had a very warm attitude. Definitely made a significant difference in our involvement towards the property as a prospective buyer. Kudos and many thanks to Bailey for the best viewing we received to date.

GoogleI used Holden Copley as buyer and I have had such a wonderful experience. An especially big thank you to Simon and Kerstin from the Arnold office. Simon was present for some of my viewing and was always so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. He also always recognised and remembered who I was which was so lovely as a first time buyer! Kerstin has been my contact for the sale and just so kind and patient with me as I navigate this journey and is always keeping me up to date with everything that is going on! A huge thank you to everyone at Holden Copley but especially Simon and Kerstin!

They were very proactive at keeping things moving, liaising with solicitors and ensuring everyone had all the necessary paperwork. Highly recommend.

GoogleHolden Copley have just sold our property, we are in a small village so we was not sure if we made the right choice with agent , how wrong could we have been , from valuation to the constant updates , if we had no viewings Laura and colleagues updated us on marketing strategy etc , I have no hesitation in recommending Holden Copley , very professional and with constant updates we always felt in the loop . You will not be disappointed at the level of service they offer .

FacebookHoldenCopley Chloe Thorne-Mills top Negotiator there. If you renting your house out, you tell her what you want ie. Long term tenant for 10 years, tenant for 3 years, family, older couple bungalow etc. And she goes finds u the best people for u & your property. Get her to know u & your wants, & it sinks in with her. Same with the tenants, she knows what they want & finds them the best property & best Landlord for them. You want someone in, in 4 weeks, she'll sort it. You'd like them in, in 2 weeks, she will do her best & negotiate for u. Many Letting Agents work just for Landlord. Many biase on side of tenant. Chloe will go what's best for both of u. Happy tenant = Happy Landlord = Happy tenant.

GoogleI would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional, have high fees, and communication is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times to get updates on my case, and each time I am given a different story.

GoogleFrom the Moment we chose Holden Copley to sell our property we have received an outstanding service from everyone involved. Tom Mawer met my husband at our rental property to value it, they discussed and agreed a price and the board went up. Lauren took some great photos of the rooms which with a tenant in the property is not always easy. As the property was first time buyer price range Josh Mahyody had lots of viewings as we requested accompanied viewings with the agent as we was busy at work ......all in a days work for Josh, we got regular updates after viewings (even the annoying 'no shows ' people are so rude not to cancel if they cannot make a viewing!! Once the property was sold which was within weeks we was handed over to Josie our Sales progressor who was with us until completion, Holden Copley gave us several solicitors to choose from and we chose Sheltons in Bulwell , amazing service , Josie and Liz at Sheltons had the sale completed within 12 weeks. I can recommend Holden Copley if you want an outstanding service. You are all brilliant in your fields and you make a great TEAM. Keep doing what you do with a smile. Thank you.

GoogleI can't thank Melissa at Holden Copley (Arnold) enough for her fantastic support throughout the process of buying our new home. It didn't seem to matter what we threw her way, she was calm, professional, friendly and supportive, and found ways to ensure that the purchase moved forwards and that we eventually completed. She worked with our vendors, the vendors solicitors, and our solicitors, as well as ourselves, and nothing was too much trouble. She kept us in the loop at every step of the way, and always responded positively to my occasional 'it's getting stressful!' messages. The other staff we spoke to were also always supportive and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holden Copley to friends and family, and if we ever planned to move home again (which we don't for a very long time!), I would definitely be back in touch with them first.
