I cannot rate Holden Copley highly enough! From start to finish they have been amazing!Continued communication from all of the team and exceptional service when securing the buyer. Due to their expertise, my house had multiple offers and was sold within 1 week of being on the market. Lianna was fantastic in progressing the sale quickly, with consistent and regular updates, and she was always available for any questions.Thank you to all of the team at Holden Copley! I had the most amazing experience from start to finish with Holden Copley and was very pleased with the service we received. They marketed the house with fantastic photos as this was a rental property, viewings where well planned...... just a shame about the people who never turn up when they have booked a viewing!! and the sale was swift. we was appointed Josie as our progresser who gave us weekly updates and made the sale swift and stress less. We completed when estimated and was very happy with the overall service we received. Great team work ....we will be in touch when we sell the next rental Josie .

Trying to buy a house in this area is basically impossible, especially when rogue’n’copley have the Monopoly of sales.Been to view several houses with Holden Copley, they book you an appointment and when you turn up you’re cramming into rooms with several other potential buyers - very difficult when the houses are small, but of course… Holden Copley aren’t bothered about that, FILL the place!Don’t even try and put an offer in for a house with these unless you’re a cash buyer. They only sell to cash buyers, simple as. First time buyer with a 10/20% deposit? They’ve already made their decision that you’re not buying the house, as they don’t bother to send your offer to the seller! Investors/cash buyers only for Holden Copley.Phone lines? Always busy.Prices? “Guide prices” which have a 20k variation? Just put the actual price of the property on, not difficult.Will be avoiding this estate agent as such a waste of time. Poor experience with this company, wouldn’t trust them to sell a chocolate bar let alone my house.

GoogleWriting this review on behalf of my father in law, 4 Houses he has wanted to view around hucknall posted for call backs online on rightmove also called twice to be told.someone will get back to him, nothing ......YOU CANT SELL A HOUSE IF YOU DONT SHOW PEOPLE ROUND THEM! AVOID THIS COMPANY if you have a house for sale with this company I suggest you call them and ask why they ain't arranging viewings on your properties.
