Could not recommend Holden Copley enough when I sold my house with them! Great communication and such friendly staff. Melissa was particularly helpful and always kept me updated. The photos taken were fantastic and all in all I couldn’t have been happier! Will only be using them going forward.

Lianna was very helpful when we recently sold our mother's house. Despite the first sale falling through due to the disastrous mortgage rise, and the added complication that we all live in London, Lianna always kept us informed by email and phone. She also arranged things that were impossible for us to do, like the final meter readings on completion day.

Holden Copley can be proud of their staff. Buying our house from them was fraught with hiccups, not of their own making, and they bent over backwards to help. Melissa (Arnold Nottingham branch) was always available. That is much appreciated when you’re waiting, and full of empathy and professionalism. She kept us from pulling out with her sensible and considerate approach.

To our surprise, the experience of buying our first house was enjoyable and stress free as the team took care of any problems that came up. Not only were they efficient but the team were polite, friendly and caring. Every-time I called the branch in Arnold, no matter who answered, they were aware of who I was and passed me to the person who was supporting us through this.Chloe, who took care of our purchase, was extremely supportive and was constantly checking in to make sure there was no delay in getting the keys.Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this service to anyone!

From the Tom who did our valuation, Lauren the photographer, Chelsea in the admin team and Sheryl who progressed our sale, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The marketing was second to none and really showcased our home in the best light possible. If we ever decide to move again, we know who we’ll be using!

The sale of our house didn’t go through unfortunately (the market isn’t great!) however all of the team were very friendly and professional. In particular harry mawer who was one of the first faces we saw when we put our house up for sale, he took the photos and gave us an introduction to the process ect he came on time, in a suit and his work speaks for itself, the pictures and virtual tour were 10/10. I dealt with the Arnold branch when selling a property recently Everyone was helpful and knowledgable with the sale especially Leah & Anastasia and Lianna was fantastic dealing with progressing the sale through to completion , she was extremely helpful and always contactable.
