Sometimes got a little frustrated with communication, but I've had a few great interactions too - especially with Josie. She has been great at responding, very clear and helpful. I've been through the purchasing process twice as the first house fell through, and Melissa (who helped with the first house) and Josie have made the process really easy by keeping me up-to-date and touching base between news.

Holden Copley sold my flat and help us buy another property. It was a very stressful time but the team really helped us and looked after us. Lianna especially helped by keeping us level headed throughout the process. Lianna was professional but friendly and was always available no matter what, when we were stressed out. I have recommended her and the team for my parents sale this year, mainly because of how well Lianna took care of us at a very stressful time.

Having moved from out of area, their support and guidance was superb, going above and beyond to support us seeing as many properties as possible on days we were in the area.Melissa Denton has been of great support with the purchase process, chasing up solicitors and providing regular updates of how far along in the purchase process we are and she is always at the end of the phone if needed.
