Hi just wanted to drop a quick review for Millie Hastings from the Arnold office, nothing is too much trouble for her and she really helps work around my work hours to make sure what works best for me, she’s extremely good and replying and getting back to me if I email or ring, she’s everything you want in a property manager, makes the whole experience really easy to deal with.

TrustpilotHighly recommend these wonderful estate agents
Highly recommend these wonderful estate agents. Joe and Lianna have been amazing and supportive during the whole process. We have been impressed with their attention to detail in marketing our father's house and the sensitive way they have dealt and advised us during a difficult time. They are very skilful in navigating all the processes and steps of a house sale. What stands out are their amazing communication skills. We have felt listened to, guided, and supported throughout. A very big thank you.

TrustpilotProperty viewings
I have recently had a few property viewings with Holden and Copley. Booking a viewing was simple, received a confirmation confirming my appointment which was a lot simpler than my experience with other estate agents. Josh showed me the properties and was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions which showed they had taken the time to find out the relevant information on the property.

We have a couple of rentals with Holden Copley and deal with Jack the property Manager a great deal. TrustpilotHouse purchase
Bought a house with Holden Copley and all round was a great experience as their team was well organised and very mannerful. They worked very hard to understand what I wanted and went above and beyond to supply that. I specifically remember a team member called Bailey who took the info of what I wanted and used this to help give ideas on what I could do with the property. She did this over a course of 3 viewings that I’m sure she didn’t have to do. She also offered me more viewings and told me just to let her know. All this helped massively to plan what I wanted and in the end everything worked great

Hi I love the fact that once you have verbally sold you are given a specific person in relation to managing the property sale. Melissa Denton has been on the ball chasing up queries and replying to me asap. It's nice to have a contact to manage everthing directly. 😊
