Brilliant service! I decided I liked a property that was in a building where lenders weren't all too willing to lend on. Holden Copley, after a pleasant and honest viewing experience, went above and beyond to make sure I was in a position where I could find a lender and eventually buy the property. Their staff are helpful and respond very quickly, know their stuff, and aren't afraid of getting involved to help the lending process move along if a bank or building society are dithering about. They really feel like they want to treat both sides, the buyer and seller, equally, and I'd be sure to use them again in the future, knowing if get a great overall service. They also made me feel more confident and comfortable as a first time buyer and didn't treat me in any way to suggest they undervalued me or to take advantage. 10/10 would recommend!
