From the initial meeting through to the end of the process they really have been fantastic. I would like to highlight for us, the communication has been fantastic. Every email answered within hours, phone calls are always picked up. It really does make a super stressful situation (moving house) so much easier knowing you have a good team of people behind you looking after you every step of the way! I would like to thank the entire team at Holden Copley Long Eaton for their help and support throughout the process. I can't thank Josie at Holden Copley enough - she is an absolute rockstar and a credit to the company!It's the first time I've ever sold a house and having to do it alone was initially very daunting but the Holden team have been amazing from the point of valuation, photographs and marketing to the viewing agents and especially the sales progression by Josie, I've felt supported and heard by her throughout; she's kept me informed regularly and has gone above and beyond to find out information that even my solicitor hasn't. It's been a very long and stressful (and still ongoing) process (not in any way because of Holden), but Josie has been absolutely brilliant and I honestly think I would have lost hope a while ago had it not been for her support and hard work to keep the momentum. The fact that she's also been helping other sellers and buyers at the same time as me blows my mind because of how efficient she is. Needless to say I strongly recommend Holden Copley and if you are a first-time seller, fret not, you will absolutely be taken care of.

The initial contact was friendly and efficient and allowed us time to arrange what we wanted to do before we proceeded with the sale. We found it slightly confusing when we were passed from the Long Eaton office to Arnold who continued to press us to put the house on the market. When we were ready to do so things progressed smoothly with the Long Eaton office staff being as helpful as possible. The sale was completed in 3 months.
