TrustpilotMelissa was always ahead of our requests
Melissa at Holden Copley made the selling of our house in West Bridgford a lot easier than it might have been given a difficult climate. The whole team there supported her well but it was Melissa who was available by phone text or email whenever we needed her and she was almost always ahead of our requests. The whole transaction was made a lot easier by this team of young people hungry to give great service and thereby increase their visibility which I think they are doing successfully. Thank you and well done

Holden and Copley have been managing my rental properties for some time now. The Lettings team, led by Luke Wilkins ( Arnold branch) have always been professional, helpful and approachable. Recently, Millie Hastings in particular was very helpful with a complicated new tenancy. It’s always comforting to know that everything is covered as legal recommendations are continually changing.

TrustpilotHouse viewing with Baileigh
We viewed a house with Baileigh from the Long Eaton branch. She provided useful information about the house and answered my questions about renovating. She offered to find out further information for us and made sure that she didn't give advice that was outside of her area of expertise. We couldn't have asked for more.

TrustpilotWe had a very good experience
We have had a really good experience with Houlden Copley, as first time renters me and my partner were thrilled to have someone professional supporting us. I also noticed that they were very supportive of the Landlady and Landlord which is good as we were able to actively communicate and arrange a meeting day. One thing we did struggle with (which is why the 4 star) we were not told (me and my partner are 18 and 19 and had my mum as guidance) that we were not allowed to accept the keys off the landlord, this sped up the process and cause alot of stress.

Melissa progressed our sale and purchase and although everything that could go wrong did go wrong she did a great job of finally pushing things across the line and staying on top of all of the parties involved in the chain. Thank you Melissa

TrustpilotGood support
Having purchased my property through Holden Copley, I would rate the initial service as average but Melissa Denton provided excellent support through the purchase process which proved helpful, particularly when the vendors' solicitors were dragging their heels.

Holden and Copley have been brilliant through the whole purchasing process. Any questions I needed answering or chasing up solicitors (of which was a daily job!) were answered fast and efficiently, special thanks go to Lianna who had to put up with my constant barrage of emails and calls. The house move wouldn’t of happened with her help and input. I’ll definitely use Holden and Copley again if we ever decide to move again (which I doubt we will!!)

It's not the for the first time that i have used Holden Copley to move and on both occassions its been fantastic, a special mention to Anastasia who was on top of the buying and selling of our home almost daily for over a week, and although i might have driven her slightly mad constantly checking in, she came across as if it was never too much trouble. Will use again, but hopefully this is my FOREVER HOME. (said this last time)
