GoogleWe are landlords who moved our property to HC after problems with our previous management company. From Day 1 they have been highly competent and thoroughly professional. This began with Chloe and Lili handling the contracts (both with us and with the tenants), and subsequently Millie has been highly efficient and proactive at dealing with maintenance issues. They also appear to share our values regarding the importance of keeping tenants happy, not just looking to squeeze as much money out of them as possible. Very pleased that we made the move.

GoogleWe've been looking to buy a property for a while, and have viewed several with different estate agents. Holden Copley have been very professional and courteous. They're always on hand to take calls and answer any questions, and we have always found Daniel to be friendly and knowledgeable when showing us around, which helped with our first-time buying nerves!

GoogleI cannot rate Holden Copley highly enough! From start to finish they have been amazing! Jordan as the initial Valuer, followed by first hand contact with Matt. Continued communication from all of the team and exceptional service from Ellie when securing the buyer. Due to their expertise, my house had multiple offers and was sold within 1 week of being on the market. Lianna was fantastic in progressing the sale quickly, with consistent and regular updates, and she was always available for any questions. Thank you to all of the team at Holden Copley! They made selling my house effortless. I would recommend them to all friends and family. 5/5 ⭐️

GoogleMy experience of working with HoldenCopley to sell a home has been really positive. We pulled the house out of the market because of Holden Copley. They never called the interested buyers for any feedback. We had a few viewings, but not a single feedback. We are moving to another agent.

Disappointed to say the least. No negotiation skills, terrible communications, I would not go back to them. It takes over a week to receive a reply by which time the house is under offer.

Absolute waste of time. No responses to emails, the guy showing the house never follows up with the (basic) questions we asked at the viewing, then when we call them turns out the house is sold. They didn't work well for neither seller or buyer, as they ignored a bidding buyer. I would not recommend dealing with this broker.

TrustpilotPlenty Of Other Companies To Use, Rather Than These Jokers.
My mum has her bungalow on the market with this company. Nothing but poor service to date. Don't bother giving feedback, after viewings. I politely phone up and request for us to be updated after viewings, and was promised this would happen going forward, but hasn't. I went round the bungalow yesterday, after a viewing a couple of days before to find that Holden & Copley hadn't bothered set the bungalow alarm after the viewing and left the window lock keys near the back door. I phoned up to complain and I was asked if I wanted the manager to ring, to which I replied for her to phone my mother. This didn't happen by close of play on the day, so obviously there're not that bothered about giving poor service.

As a solicitor with 60 years experience and executor of a deceased former client I have just completed the sale of a property in Nottingham of which Holden Copley were the agents. I cannot speak more highly of them. They were from the start super efficient, arranged a large number of viewings, secured a buyer and liaised with me throughout the conveyancing process. I cannot recommend them more highly.

GoogleI can't recommend Holden Copley enough. This is the second time we have sold a property through them using the Arnold and Hucknall offices, and their service is second to none. Maria has supported us at every step of the process, and I have probably spoken to her nearly everyday for the last couple of months. Thanks for your patience, support and kindness Maria 😄. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone I spoke to offered a friendly, professional service. A huge thank you to Sarah and her team at Hucknall.

GoogleAbsolutely ridiculous. The poorest level of customer service in the industry. Racially profile buyers in accordance to your name SO IF YOU HAVE AN ETHNIC NAME DONT EXPECT TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM OR GET A VIEWING. I HAVE BEEN WAITING MONTHS, WHILE REGULARLY FOLLOWING UP JUST TO GET A SINGLE APPOINTMENT. Even after the buyer has agreed some how everytime they “forget” to send me the confirmation of the viewing email or text.
Thank you for taking the time to give feedback, although given your accusations which I can confirm are not factual but based on assumptions, I’d have preferred you to get in touch with one of the owners to discuss your concerns. Experiencing bad service is one thing, accusing the company of racial profiling is very upsetting and I can confirm goes completely against what we stand for. I’d like the opportunity to discuss what made you come to this conclusion and investigate further where required. I’m sorry if you feel the service has not been satisfactory but what you are suggesting is very damaging and completely unfounded. We have checked through our records and have no record of dealing with you, firstly I’d like to confirm you have the right company. GoogleWe have a few properties that Holden and Copley manage for us. From start to finish they are very efficient always someone to talk to and their responses are very quick we looked at all the other lettings agents and really pleased that we went with our gut feeling as they have been excellent

GoogleHoldenCopley Chloe Thorne-Mills top Negotiator there. If you renting your house out, you tell her what you want ie. Long term tenant for 10 years, tenant for 3 years, family, older couple bungalow etc. And she goes finds u the best people for u & your property. Get her to know u & your wants, & it sinks in with her. Same with the tenants, she knows what they want & finds them the best property & best Landlord for them. You want someone in, in 4 weeks, she'll sort it. You'd like them in, in 2 weeks, she will do her best & negotiate for u. Many Letting Agents work just for Landlord. Many biase on side of tenant. Chloe will go what's best for both of u. Happy tenant = Happy Landlord = Happy tenant.
