I used Holden Copley to arrange the sale of my rental property. They were extremely efficient from arranging the valuer (Chris), the photographer being employed, and the ongoing work that Lianna carried out getting the sale over the finishing line! She was contacting me at least once a week. She's become my most contacted person on my What's App messages (even more than some of my friends). I used to be in the business of selling and renting properties myself, and I know how difficult this job can be. Don't leave your most valuable asset in the hands of any other agent, that may not be capable of giving you such a great service.

I have been very impressed with Holden Copley. They have accommodated me for valuation and photographer and quickly got it to market. They arranged 7 viewings the second week it was on the market all for them to do accompanied viewings. Adam was great at negotiating the sale price as I had a couple of interested parties. Karen is totally amazing at chasing the sale through - she is the reason I would always use Holden Copley’s Hucknall branch to sell a house for me in Nottingham. Can’t rate her highly enough. We really liked working with Melissa Denton and the whole team at Holden Copley. We recently moved to the UK from the US and had never bought a home in the UK before so Melissa and her team helped us navigate the real estate system here which is very different than what we are used to in the United States.
