GoogleJordan, Josie, Sheryl and all the team were great with the sale of our house. They responded quickly to our enquiry to put our property on the market and took great photos of our property. They marketed our property on their website and Rightmove and we had several viewings booked within the first few days! Josie was our Sales Progressor and was supported by Sheryl when Josie was on annual leave. They have both been brilliant in keeping us updated and always at the end of the phone when we had queries. A great proactive way to work which made our lives easier during this busy period. Thank you to all the team at HoldenCopley for selling our house! We would definitely recommend them if you're looking to sell your house.

GoogleLucy brown has been dealing with the sale of my property and I can’t recommend her enough!! After a very bad 3 months with purple bricks I have seen a huge difference in using holden Copley. Lucy is lovely to talk to, kept me in the loop with everything never pestered me, she was very understanding and helpful throughout. there were a few little mistakes made by other people but as expected it’s human error and I would definitely use Holden Copley again, Lucy however, has been perfect no issues at all, Thankyou very much Lucy for restoring my faith in estate agents 🤣

GoogleI've used a number of different agents over the years to let my rental property and have had from mediocre to bad service. I'm so glad I chose Holden Copley on this occasion and always will do in the future. They were professional, responsive, on top of all the details and reminded me when I needed to do something (in contrast to other agents whom I have had to chase). They let the property very quickly by setting a fair valuation: From going on the market on Thursday, I had 6 viewings on Saturday, resulting in 3 applications. Every single member of staff with whom I dealt was fantastic but I want to mention in particular Luke, Lili, Jamie and Chloe. Meeting Luke persuaded me to go with Holden Copley and his management of the process was great. Lili put all the stops out to get the property advertised quickly including juggling the diary to get photographs taken. I particularly appreciated that Jamie, who accompanied viewings, provided feedback on prospective tenants which really helped with the decision. Finally, Chloe, who handled the detail of the tenancy applications managed the whole process wonderfully so that it was smooth for both me and the tenants. I can't thank all of you enough. I look forward to using your services again in the future.

GoogleI've been using Holden Copley as a landlord for 2 yrs now and have been delighted with my choice. They are a professional outfit and deliver to a high standard. GoogleOur experience with Holden Copley has been outstanding! We have dealt with plenty of rubbish agencies in Nottingham and we were so relieved to finally find one where the rental process was painless and stress-free. All of the staff members we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The referencing process was also very straightforward and quick. Dealing with Kerry especially has been an absolute pleasure. She is truly a credit to Holden Copley. Kerry answered all of our questions quickly and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. GoogleHolden Copley were incredible with the sale of our house. After a bad experience at a different estate agent we were so nervous about putting the house on the market again. We worked closely with a property specialist who was friendly, accessible and put our needs first. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. From the high quality photos, to the viewings being booked and working around our arrangements to communicating with us weekly with updates and answering all of our questions. We’d especially like to highlight Lydia. Lydia was amazing and always available for us to answer our questions. She took the lead on our property and meant we had one person we could always contact for updates and any questions. Thank you so much for making our experience the best it could be. Would definitely recommend for ease of moving and fabulous customer service. Should we ever move again, Holden Copley would be our first choice, no questions asked.

Really great experience of buying and selling, the only stressful parts were to do with other people's solicitors! Esther and Bailey were brilliant when it came to the sale of our house and we couldn't believe how quickly it actually sold, plus Joe was lovely who came over and talked us through prices we could expect, how to dress our house for the photos, things to get done beforehand, etc. Melissa as the estate agent managing our purchase/sale has been fantastic, has really pushed to get things moving when they've been stagnant and has always been working behind the scenes even when we weren't actively pushing or chasing things - it was great to feel that you had someone working with you to get things moving! Would definitely really recommend HC.

GoogleReally good experience with the West Bridgford office for my first house purchase! Lianna V was really helpful, very quick to reply and assist with anything she could! She also helped liaise with the seller post-completion. Chelsea B was also really helpful in finding the property. Would definitely recommend this branch for any property sales/purchases in Nottingham.

GoogleI used Holden Copley to arrange the sale of my rental property. They were extremely efficient from arranging the valuer (Chris), the photographer being employed, and the ongoing work that Lianna carried out getting the sale over the finishing line! She was contacting me at least once a week. She's become my most contacted person on my What's App messages (even more than some of my friends). I used to be in the business of selling and renting properties myself, and I know how difficult this job can be. Don't leave your most valuable asset in the hands of any other agent, that may not be capable of giving you such a great service.
