The photographer was very polite and professional. Jessica Monk was our contact at the office. She was that perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. Really lovely estate agents, everyone helping us on the selling side has been so friendly and helpful - Esther was particularly brilliant, lovely to speak to and handled everything so efficiently and professionally! Also put us in touch with some fantastic contacts who have helped make the other parts of the process practically stress-free. Selling & buying this time around has actually been easier than just buying the first time around! Melissa has also been fantastic as the estate agent working through our sale and purchase, has really pushed to get things moving whenever they've been stagnant and it's been great to feel that we aren't having to do all the communicating ourselves. shenanigans, gazumping?

I made an offer on a property, it took them 1 month to get back to me. Increased my offer on Monday, still waiting to hear! Looked on rightmove yesterday, and the property is SSTC. Phoned them to be told when I put my offer in, an offer had already been accepted but they are still putting my offer forward! Why wasn’t I told this when I put my offer in? Please be aware of HoldenCopley dishonest behaviour and Shenanigans!

Holden & Copley were excellent throughout the sale of my property. Great staff that answer queries straight away, super communication and very helpful. They use the latest technology to show your property in the best way. From the start, Jordan excelled at the valuation stage, great knowledge of the local property market and contacts, sales progression Lianna did a great job, pro active and liaising with the other parties involved to progress the sale. All in all it was just under four months to complete. I would use them again in any future property transaction. Great service.
