GoogleHolden copley took over my property and were very helpful throughout my tenancy and even supportive after moving out. My property manager Millie especially went out of her way to help during our tenancy with any issues and after our tenancy with a reference for our new property :)

GoogleI can't fault them. Laura at the Long Eaton branch has been super helpful through my search and called me about properties that might be of interest. Currently in the process of buying a house which Laura had phoned me to tell me was on the market (which was also the first house I'd really liked whilst searching, but was SSTC) Everyone I've encountered from HoldenCopley has been really nice to deal with. They were strongly recommended by a colleague and I see why.

To be clear I wouldn’t have recommend Holden Copley at the beginning as there was lots of misinformation and miscommunication, and we were quite annoyed, But Karen Eccles a “sales progression agent” was appointed to us when the sale was going through, and she was fantastic! She kept us in the loop every week and did all the chasing of solicitors and communicated with the buyer, and we felt at ease that she was sorting everything out. So because of Karen I would give Holden Copley 5 stars as she redeemed our faith in HC

What a journey, but we made it! We have been helped and supported all the way by Holden Copley, and 3 lovely people in particular, Daniel, who so enthusiastically showed people around our house, Lydia who coordinated everything and kept us up-to-date throughout, and Sheryl who supported us hugely throughout the final stages of the sale process. All three were very friendly, professional, helpful, communicative and efficient, and it was a relief to have them by our side. Thank you, we thoroughly recommend your services!
