GoogleAdam in Nottingham has the best Costomer care. Although he had a very busy day he still looked after us with full devotion. The was able to direct us to houses of our choice. He organised viewing for us so quickly. This is the most quickest and most efficient service I ever received in life. Holden Copley is lucky to have you as a staff.

GoogleI have been so impressed by all the work the Holden Copley team have put into selling our house- everyone at the Mapperley office have been so helpful. From the get go they have done everything to ensure our house was shown in the best light and the photography was brilliant. I've been particularly grateful for Holden Copley having a sales progressor- all estate agencies should have them but amazingly they don't. We are so appreciative of all Josie's support and communication as our sale and purchase have progressed. Sometimes things get lost in translation through solicitors but Josie has been there to ensure all our questions are answered and communicate with our buyers and vendors when we have any questions. She always gets back to me quickly which means a lot in such a stressful process. I have really appreciated her help throughout the last two months, she has helped make it more personal and a lot less stressful! I wouldn't recommend selling your house with anyone else!

Outstanding service from Holden Copley as they made selling our home seamless and very swift. We had our house listed with HC and another agency and we never doubted HC's ability to secure a faster sale. Every member of the team that we dealt with was extremely polite and professional, so much so that we loved nipping in to the office for quick chats as we were passing by - the ladies in the office are always so welcoming! A special mention to Liberty, Amy and Bethan for overseeing the sale, all very quick to respond, gave transparency throughout the process and supported answering the many questions we had over the course of the couple months! Likewise to Lizzie for her fantastic photography ability and skills in really showcasing our house to look its best. We would definitely recommend Holden Copley moving forward, for their amazing customer service and approach throughout. Thank you guys :)

My house move turned out to be quite a journey, but all of the team at Holden Copley were really helpful throughout the whole process. Laura in particular, went out of her way on more than one occasion to keep things on track and make the deal work for all parties.I also had several viewings with Baileigh, during my property search. She was warm and friendly, but polite and professional at all times. No question was too much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the whole team at HC.

GoogleThroughout the process of buying mine and my partners first home, Holden Copley has accommodated all of our issues. They kept in contact with myself and the vendor on any updates. The new checks and app they are having to navigate through is a faff and it is new for them too but they were able to navigate us through the process with concise information. Once all checks were in their sales team acted swiftly and memorandum was sent the next day. They say buying your first house is stressful and it is! However, Luke, our sales person, was very helpful and on hand. Keep up the good work, Luke and thank you for your help.
