I've only arranged one viewing with Holden Copley but we had a very positive experience. Baileigh showed us round the property, she was very knowledgeable and honest with us which we really appreciated. I will definitely consider more viewings with HC in the future!

Brilliant. My mum died in August 2022 and we put her house up for sale just at the time Liz Truss took over as prime minister and nobody could get mortgages. We had several sales fall through and all sorts of annoying problems to deal with, none of which were caused by Holden Copley. I dealt with Melissa Denton through this entire frustrating process and she kept her nerve and patience and saw it through to the end nearly sixteen months after the place first went on sale. Always cheerful, very proactive, excellent chaser-upper of solicitors etc. Really couldn't ask for anything or anyone better I am about to get them to sell another property for me and crossing fingers this one doesn't take so long. I'm not new to this, I've been a landlord over twenty five years and have dealt with loads of estate agents. This one, and this woman, are the best of the bunch. Highly commended and recommended. Today I exchanged on a house being managed by Holden Copley, I’m so pleased with the service they’ve provided. The agent showing me the house had clearly done her homework (very refreshing!) another agent called Ben liaised with me when my offer was accepted and helped me collate all the relevant initial documents. And then Sheryl has handled my case ever since, her communication is fantastic. Today she called just to congratulate me on exchanging, it’s been a great experience.

Do not allow them to do accompanied viewings if you want to sell your property !!! We’ve tried on a number of occasions to view various properties where they are doing the viewings and there is no flexibility for people that work full time. I would hate to think I could be losing out on a sale because I had paid them to show potential buyers around my property!! Awful service

After 9 frustrating months trying to sell our bungalow through a local estate agent, without success, we appointed Holden Copley & within 3 weeks 26 viewings had been arranged & we subsequently had 5 offers on the table. The top offer, which we accepted, was at the top end of the price guideline & £25,000 more than the best offer achieved by the previous estate agents. We felt that the valuer gave us a realistic target, rather than a hard sell, and we are more than happy with what they achieved for us. The office staff are all efficient, friendly & easily accessible, especially mentioning Brooke Jephson who kept us informed & encouraged throughout. They also sold the bungalow opposite ours, equally efficiently. We would highly recommend them.
