We were among the very first clients to entrust Matt Copley, one of the directors, with selling our home. That initial experience was incredibly positive, professional, and seamless. Since then, we’ve relied on them to find tenants for several of our rental properties.Recently, Holden and Copley helped us with a property in Wollaton. TrustpilotStay away from Holden Copley Letting…
Stay away from Holden Copley Letting Agency. They only care about the landlords, not the tenants. At the end of my lease, they claimed there were damages and provided photos that showed nothing wrong. They even included normal furniture marks on the carpet as "damage."Communication was terrible throughout my tenancy, and they were completely unhelpful when I tried to dispute their claims. They just wanted to keep as much of my deposit as possible.Overall, it was a frustrating and unfair experience. There are better agencies out there that treat tenants more fairly. Avoid Holden Copley if you can.

Lianna was my main contact after my property was sold to help with the process. She was always on hand to provide helpful advice and nothing was too much trouble. She was the one who kept me sane! An absolutely fantastic service provided by Holden and Copley from start to finish. First I’ll start with Tom who came round to value my property, very thorough and professional. A massive thank you to Brooke, Ella and Eleanor who I mainly dealt with whilst on the market - thank you for handling the negotiations so brilliantly!! However, I do have to say that Lianna my Sales Progressor was absolutely fantastic. She went over and above, getting involved and pushing solicitors along. She kept me informed every step of the way. Having someone like Lianna at this stage of the process is imperative to make things happen!! She definitely gets the job done….keeping the chain moving, never giving up!! Lianna is an absolute star, so amazing at what she does. Holden and Copley have very hardworking, dedicated staff. I would recommend Holden and Copley to anyone for their tenacity and customer centric style when selling your property. They are undoubtedly the best agent I have dealt with by a mile - first class service, which is all down to the staff! I have already recommended to a family member who’s house is sold subject to contract.

GoogleAt the age of 74 years my wife and I needed move house and to a new area at that. The task was daunting as it was over 23 years since we last moved. We needed to sell our home first and chose Holden Copley estate agents in order to facilitate the move. We found that Holden Copley were superbly professional in the friendly manner in which they catered for our individual needs guiding us through the system. At the head of that process was a diamond of a young lady called Lydia Smith.
