I can’t praise HoldenCopley enough for their exceptional service during the selling of my auntie’s property. Lianna, my sales progressor was amazing throughout. We did have a few bumps along the way, but Lianna’s communication and negotiations skills soon smoothed things out. Thanks also to Joe and Amy. I would like to give a special mention to Lexy who has gone above and beyond for me since she started working here 18 months ago. She always makes sure I am up to date, deals with maintenance/tenant issues efficiently and her knowledge is invaluable. A genuinely lovely person with a passion for her job. I wanted to single out Sarah for the excellent support she has been in progressing matters. GoogleThe service AT EVERY LEVEL was OUTSTANDING! I don't see how it could have been any better at all! I sold my property with them, and everything (from the initial interaction, the photos, the staff in the office and everything right up to completion) was so great! I also have to give a very special shout out to Melissa, who is the best contact I've ever seen in an estate agent. My sale and purchase had a lot of complexity and she ALWAYS picked up to help me whenever I needed it. I felt like she was on my side to get the deal through. She cared so much and I felt like I had a project manager on my side getting the deal done (handling all parties). The customer care was unreal! Thank you so much.

GoogleHoldenCopley manages my property in Nottingham, and I find their services to be excellent. They have helped me find great tenants and are always prompt in their responses. Their staff members Lexy, Jack, and Luke are exceptional, you can rely on them for the best advice on purchases. They have also assisted me in resolving an improvement notice from the council.
