GoogleRecently sold our house through Holden Copley and could not have asked for more from them as an estate agent. From start to finish the communication, advice & support we received was second to none. From the initial photography & marketing all the way to the sales progression & completion we felt they were a valuable asset throughout the process. Special mention must be given to Laura, who guided the sale brilliantly, and Karen, our sales progressor who was absolutely invaluable in getting us over the line. Not planning on moving house again any time soon, but wouldn't hesitate to use Holden Copley again if we did.

GoogleTerrible experience putting my property on the market with Holden Copley in West Bridgford. There are other agents who will provide a much more personalised service, with staff who know the area well and will spend time and effort promoting your property. Holden Copley were unprofessional, unresponsive and paid little attention to detail. Would not recommend marketing your property with this company.

GoogleI'd highly recommend this estate agent. It all started with Leah who was extremely helpful and efficient with arranging viewings, offers etc. Then along the way, we dealt with Luke and Jude who were equally efficient with any enquiries, problems we had. Then finally, in the days and weeks as our sales and purchase were coming to a conclusion, Melissa was absolutely incredible in her role. Dealing with all the solicitors, she made that part of the process 100 times easier. I apologise but I have probably forgotten a few people's names who I spoke with along the way. On the whole, I'd definitely use Holden Copley at Hucknall again, however, we are never ever moving again!!

GoogleWe are currently using Holden to acquire a property. I rang a few weeks back to view 2 properties. Leah was friendly and welcoming and squeezed me in 2 viewings that same day which was beneficial in working around my job. Everyone I have encountered in the office is friendly and approachable. We have just had an offer accepted and Leah was efficient in getting the ball moving. Leah helped us to fill in all the paperwork whilst we were in the Canary Islands. Leah has kept us updated at every stage and has been responsive and efficient and supported us in going for the property we loved. I will definitely consider H&C should I ever need to sell a property in the future.

GoogleGreat experience with Holden Copley - George made the process of putting our house on the market so easy and he was confident our house would sell quickly which made us feel at ease right away. He was right! Our house had viewings immediately and sold within a few weeks - couldn't ask for more. Everyone else that we dealt with was super friendly and professional too - thanks to Adam and Melissa also for dealing with our less than enthusiastic solicitors 🙈 We move in a couple of weeks and couldn't be happier. 10/10 recommend - Thanks!
