Quite simply, they did exactly what you expect an estate agent to do. They carried out a professional service from valuing the property, producing the photos & virtual tour, providing an excellently presented sales brochure online, carrying out accompanied viewings pointing out the qualities of the property, keeping us updated with viewing feedback and then, once an offer had been accepted, keeping us updated with how things were progressing. All the staff involved are friendly and professional and give the impression that your property sale is important to them - not just their job. We didn’t use them for the purchase of our new property so can’t comment on that side - though I doubt the service would be any different.

We have a few properties that Holden Copley manage for us we have found the process very easy and stress free if there is an issue they are extremely efficient in letting us know and either deal with it for us or we use our own contractors. When we have used theirs it’s been also stress free and very reasonable. We get our regular checks done with reports and photos on time and expertly done We have dealt with lexi many times for enquires she is very friendly remembers us which comes across as very professional and very quick to deal with our enquiries. Not forgetting all the other staff that we have dealt with in lettings who act in the exact same way. We did look around a few years ago when looking for a management company and heard lots of bad reviews with other lettings agents. So we are pleased that we did go with Holden Copley and have had years of easy letting. A recommended company

Holden Copley has been extremely helpful and efficient in enabling us to find a home to rent. Ever since we entered our house, we have been dealing with Millie, who has been our tenancy agent.Millie helped us from day one to get the keys. She even helped me carry inside furniture and IKEA material. Since we settled in, Millie has handled every request timely and effectively and our communication with Holden Copley has been a pleasure due to her working ethos and politeness. We have nothing but praise both for Holden Copley and Millie.

I'll be honest, initially sold the dream. Lady who done initial photos etc was great. I don't think they thought much about the 'lead' photo of the property and had to ask more than once to change this. Overall yes we've not managed to sell but the communication has been not great. Not only that since we expressed a bit of dissatisfaction the service got worse. Yes other sellers pull out but in my view HC encouraged them to bid on another property. Promises made to provide viewing insights etc never materialised. Even had a viewing last week and not heard a word from them since. I take it thier focus is on others. Maybe ones where people are buying and selling through them, where we explained we'd be looking at a new build again since then things dropped off.
