GoogleWe are currently using Holden to acquire a property. I rang a few weeks back to view 2 properties. Leah was friendly and welcoming and squeezed me in 2 viewings that same day which was beneficial in working around my job. Everyone I have encountered in the office is friendly and approachable. We have just had an offer accepted and Leah was efficient in getting the ball moving. Leah helped us to fill in all the paperwork whilst we were in the Canary Islands. Leah has kept us updated at every stage and has been responsive and efficient and supported us in going for the property we loved. I will definitely consider H&C should I ever need to sell a property in the future.

This was a very lengthy sale of a leasehold apartment. Karen (senior sales progresser) was excellent throughout and kept us informed of progress (good or bad) and always guided us when we had questions and concerns.The staff in branch were helpful and courteous at all times.All in all a very professional team.

Had a great experience from start to finish with Holden and Copley, Jordan was our first port of call he was great. The Mapperly office staff was fantastic, always so helpful with anything at anytime time. They have a great mortgage advisor. Our sales progressions lady Lianna kept us up to date and in touch with our buyers to keep things moving on nicely all the time.I would 100% use this team if absolute professional again and highly recommend them. GoogleWe began our search for our first home middle of February. We stumbled across our now home beginning of March. We instantly fell in love with the property and put an offer in straight away. Holden Copley worked hard to get the offer accepted and we were then on our way to the Sales team! Josie was there to support us throughout the whole process, as we are both first time buyers and had little knowledge of the processors but Josie kept us up to date with every step and answered any ridiculous questions we had sympathising with us when we hit major brick walls along the way. They communicated well with the vendors ame ourselves throughout. Thank you so much, Josie. Our case was briefly passed over to Amy who was equally as helpful and then back to Josie and so I would also like to thank Amy as well.
