Holden Copley made the sharpest pitch out of several agents we spoke to for our sale, and got the key market and pricing spot-on. The particulars and photography were first-class, and quickly generated multiple viewings and several good bids. The chosen bid was steered to a successful conclusion quite quickly, with sale completion smooth and pretty hassle-free. Thanks for the excellent job.

Just sold a house through the Arnold office. The purchaser was a little tricky and needed continually nudging along, which is precisely what the excellent Lianna and Lottie did.Without their continued assistance I think the sale would have bogged down and fizzled out...

Within a matter of 14 days, we had numerous viewings of our property and we SOLD - STC after approximately 17 days with countless offers on the table. The photographs and 3D tour of our house were fabulous too and no doubt helped to sell it so thanks there as well.
