GoogleWe recently both sold and purchased through HC and it was a stressful experience for many reasons but HC were always excellent. The staff in the office are both friendly and professional. Once we had a buyer and a house we wanted, we were appointed Josie as our prime point of contact through to completion. This worked very well and Josie was great at speaking to the others in the chain and our solicitors, helping to keep us informed of progress. We hope never to move house again but would strongly recommend HC if you are contemplating moving.

I recently viewed a property with Holden Copley. At the viewing, the letting agent, Josh was honestly fantastic. He made time to talk through my questions and even stayed late to show me and my partner images of a couple of other listings they had becoming available that might also work for me. It was one of the best experiences I have had when viewing a property. However that is where the good feedback ends, the next day I had a phone call from Elliot asking me for feedback, however I work full time and was unable to answer the call at the time. I put in an application for the property and received an automated response acknowledging my application - great! But, that was the last response I got. I sent several emails since I put in that application and haven’t received a single response to any of them. I even sent the feedback Elliot had asked for in a voicemail via email as I hadn’t been able to get the call and again did not even receive an acknowledgment let alone a response. The last email I sent was an email asking if someone could please respond to any of my previous emails and nothing, I viewed the property about 3 weeks ago and have sent about 4/5 follow up emails. This is a terrible way to treat people, I could only assume that my application for the property was declined, my request for feedback on why that may have happened went ignored. To not inform someone of the outcome of an application is unprofessional. I had been hoping that I might be able to book viewings for some of the other properties Josh showed me as I’d really like to move but that has been impossible as I cannot get any response. I have Autism and ADHD and I struggle to speak on the phone, being able to ask questions is really important for me when making a big decision like moving. I think Holden Copley really need to do better.

I recently sold my house with the help of Josie and everything went very smoothly. I couldn’t speak on the phone very much due to work but Josie was able to accommodate this by emailing instead, which really helped. The photos taken by the photographer were also great and made my house look its best. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleMe and my wife made a successful offer for a property sold by Holden Copley, in West Bridgeford. Lucy, who has been assisting us with this has been really helpful and efficient so far. She was quick to get back to us when discussing offers from us and the vendor to get to an agreed price. She has made the process so far welcoming especially when we are first time buyers and new to this world! She was quick to respond to my emails and explained what was needed easily. A great experience so far, and hopefully this continue through the sale process.

Brooke and the team in Mapperley have been excellent. Always enjoyed dealing with them when searching for our home. When we found somewhere, we submitted an offer quite late in the day and weren't expecting to hear anything until the day after, but Brooke went the extra mile, surely working late in order to get a response from the sellers which really meant a lot to us. We're going through the process now and it's been incredibly simple and easy so far. Would recommend.
