FacebookJasmine L in particular has been really supportive throughout the whole process of sale and purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and consistently kept in touch throughout the process. Everything from start to finish was really open and transparent and would definitely recommend.

Really disappointing experience.Joe (Long Eaton) gives an excellent sales pitch but failed to deliver on any of his promises.People in the office showed no common sense when arranging viewing times and how this might be done in a time efficient manner.We ended up doing most of our viewings due to a combination of them ‘not being available’ and the poor quality of the person they did occasionally provide.Despite setting out clear expectations of information we would like conveyed to prospective buyers, the agent who did do some viewings demonstrated he knew none of this and ‘the house would just sell itself’ Despite repeated promises that Joe would be taking over the viewings, we think in the end he only did one. Furthermore, we had an agent who failed to turned up at all for one viewing they had agreed to do and when questioned as to the feedback, lied to our faces. We have it on security camera that the potential buyers were left waiting outside our house for over half an hour with no agent before they gave up. We were told they had simply decided not to view the property, without mentioning the agent hadn’t turned up. We asked Joe to look into this, he never bothered to get back to us about it. Whilst we felt it needed pushing much earlier, Lianna put in some hard work in the final weeks of the transaction when the solicitors were being difficultWould not use again

Holden and Copley were great in helping us to buy our first home.Leah was very helpful in agreeing a grace period for us with the sellers. We requested numerous viewings in the run up to purchase and this was no trouble for the team. Adam was always really friendly on viewings and accommodating. Lianna our sales progressor was brilliant in keeping us up to date on all matters and chasing our sellers. Brilliant firm and we will defo consider using them if we ever sell!
