GoogleI am so pleased with Hockeys, thank you all so much. I had a student studio in sale for more than 3 years, 4 estate agents selling it unsuccessfully and finally I decided for Hockeys, they had viewing all the time, so that must mean that they have a good marketing strategy in place, there was a lot of interest which made me feel I was in the right direction, then we had two offers and one was successful, a cash buy. I cannot deny it was a long process and endless requests from buyers' lawyers which was frustrating so many times but then I had the best person in Hockeys to help in the selling process and this is Poppy Robinson, she was always there to assist me, to answer my emails in a quick manner, to help in all the process with lawyers and buyers, though it was a very difficult six months, she made all the difference, having her was recomforting and helpfull all the way, thank you so much Poppy, you are the best. I highly recommend Hockeys and specially Poppy. Thank you all.

GooglePoppy from Hockeys handled the purchase of our first home for my partner and I. This was a fairly drawn-out sale. Poppy was helpful & calming throughout and very responsive. It was a real help to be able to ask her questions & get guidance on different aspects of the process.

GoogleI have requested review a property and received a confirmation email from them but at the same time received a cancel booking email. therefore i called them and asked what is the reason why you cancel my booking and she said your maximum afford price just 400,000 and someone has asked for 420000 for the property and therefore I cancel your booking. Why don't you explain to me first before cancel my booking. I have received a call from them and very appreciate that they took my complaint seriously and try to solve the problem for me.

GoogleBianca from Hockeys is absolutely brilliant. We had the good luck of her showing us both of the properties we are looking. She is always prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Personable, professional, and always ready. On top of that, she really cares about what she does, the sellers properties and the potential buyers. Ensuring pre and post viewing its very well maintained. After looking at different properties with different agencies, she is definitely one of the best. Really recommend Bianca.

GoogleThank goodness for Harriet! I had been recommended Harriet by a friend whose home went on the market at the same time as ours and I could clearly see how fabulous her home was represented by Hockeys. Our previous agents photographs had not captured the unique setting of our lovely home and Harriet recognised that instantly. Without question our sale got over the line because of Harriet and our buyers and their lovely family moved in last week in time to get a Christmas tree up and make sure Father Christmas knows where those special little girls live now! Harriet’s tenacity and drive to chase, update, follow up and advise was outstanding we felt fully confident that no stone was left unturned in where we were at with our sale and who had to do what to keep the momentum. Without question I would recommend Harriet, and have already, and know that when the time comes for us to move again she is top of my call list. Thank you Harriet and team for making this sale as smooth as it could be your professionalism and guidance was a breath of fresh air and so appreciated.

GoogleUp front, Hockey's showed a good understanding of how property sales work nowadays, and their fees were certainly competitive. Their advice on setting a sales price seemed well informed, and they organised an excellent presentation of the property online. During what turned out to be a long sales process, they were patient, their communication was always good, and they were smart in dealing with occasionally awkward buyers. That's everything you'd hope for in an estate agent really! Full marks.

GoogleWow these guys are top class. Smashed the stereotype of estate agents. I've worked with quite a few, and these guys are next level. I had 3 local agencies come and visit, and I chose Hockeys because Philip was smart and genuine (which appealed more than the sales pitches of the others). It was the right decision, because Philip had a well-thought out selling strategy, which meant my selling price far exceeded expectations. And the process itself was smooth. Most importantly, I trusted both Philip and Liam - which is pretty damn important (and rare in this business). Thanks guys
