Great Service with local knowledge

Hockeys estate agents were great. We had a very long and drawn out process between selling, buying and a probate case on the property that we were buying. Both properties were with Hockeys and that worked in our favour for sure. It meant we got answers quicker. They still kept us informed every step of the way. We very much appreciated the feel of having a personal service. We have used several estate agents in the past and I would definitely say that Hockeys have come out top for us. Harriet and Ben were especially attentive to our property sale. Considering it's a very stressful experience, they did their best to reassure us the whole way through. They are very dedicated to their jobs and that shows. I will be recommending you :-) Thank you to all at Hockeys.

A great firm to have on your side.

From the start I found them to be informative, helpful and above all honest. The initial sale fell through which was no reflection on Hockeys. They kept me informed and up-to-date even when the news was difficult . If I were asked to recommend an agent I would recommend Hockeys without hesitation.

Hockeys supported us in selling our house.

We had not moved for a long time so were unfamiliar with the process,We appreciated the support of Hockeys in guiding us through some complicated issues and keeping us informed of progress and facilitating matters to enable us to sell our house. Alex was particularly helpful in moving things forward. I would recommend Hockeys to others.

As stress free as selling a property can be

Communication was excellent, I was kept informed at each stage without having to chase. Communication by email made life easy and more efficient than waiting for 'phone calls. Thank you for a very professional service.

Excellent experience with Hockeys

This was our first experience using an estate agent to sell. We were very happy with the service we received. The team obviously knew the market, they were courteous and professional at all times. At the beginning of the process Hockeys told me that they would keep me informed along the way, and they did. Should I need to use an estate agent again I would have no hesitation in going straight back to Hockeys.

Friendly and efficient

I recently used Hockey's to sell a house. They were realistic about the valuation, are reasonably priced, and each member of the team I had contact with (mainly Joe and Jeremy) was friendly and helpful. They worked hard to find a buyer and to get a good price for me, and were helpful if I had any practical queries about the process or tradesmen etc.

A first-class, professional service, achieving a quick sale for us.

(Seller) Hockeys (Willingham branch) have provided a first-class service, achieving a quick sale for us with no fuss. The team are cheerful and polite, the approach is uniformly professional (no unrealistic promises or glib banter here) and there is a careful attention to detail and customer care throughout the process. They know their area and market well, and pitched the asking price at exactly the right level to attract interest. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Thoroughly recommend Hockeys of Willingham

If you're looking for a local estate agent I'd look no further than Hockeys of Willingham. We recently sold our house through them and if selling again would not hesitate to use them again. Joe kept us informed on a regular basis what was happening and if he wasn't around then Alex did the same. Both were very professional and we couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you. Outstanding service from Alex at Hockey's

We were very impressed with the service and dedication Alex gave us on our house sale. He kept us up to date on status on regular basis and chased solicitors when they were being a bit slow. One particular instance that we were very impressed with, was when Alex followed the 7 long chain right down to the bottom in order to find out the status of where everyone was in terms of being able to progress with the sale.

Excellent friendly service

Hockeys helped us achieve a very quick house sale for well above the guide price. We are most grateful to Jeremy, Joe and Alex for their friendly, efficient and highly professional service throughout the process. They provided very helpful guidance, managed all the viewings and gave prompt feedback and progress reports.

Positive Experience

We chose Hockeys as we were not pleased with our first choice of agent and certainly did not regret this decision. All the staff are polite and we were given great advice on how to best market our house. It was good to use a local company.

Sale of property in willingham.

Thanks to Jeremey Trot and all of your team. Everyone involved in the sale was as professional and conscientious as could be in what could have been a very difficult time. Special thanks must go to Alex, who may now understand a lot more about both Geordies and our own special language. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a property. Finally let me thank you all again for all your professionalism and efforts in securing me a very good sale. Regards ,John McCarthy.

Professional, efficient and honest

Hockeys Willingham, in particular Alex who we dealt with, were exceptional. Always gave me regular and accurate updates making the process as easy as possible. Socond time dealing with Hockeys, once as a FTB and then again to sell that property 4 years later. I don't plan on moving any time soon but when we do we wont use anyone else.

Trust and honesty?

Kept in the dark and given false information whilst our buyer was being shown our neighbours property, which was also marketed by Hockeys of Willingham. This was over a 6 day period whilst two offers were being considered by them. Unfortunately they failed to inform us until their second offer was accepted and we had repeatedly contacted Hockeys to ask why a survey had not been done? Reassured and in good faith we spent considerable sums of money on surveys and searches on our purchase......... When asked why we were not informed- apparently it was difficult to tell us ........so they didn't!! It appears you cannot expect upfront honesty and trust with this agent........ very bad experience!
