FacebookWe had a fantastic experience using Hockeys to sell our home. Having previously dealt with another local estate agent who struggled to get viewings on our property, we found no such issues with Hockeys.
Ben O did a fantastic job of showing folks around and negotiating our sale price with multiple interested buyers.
We had a few issues along the way due to complications with the deeds to the property, which the solicitors struggled to resolve. Branch manager Harriet Harvey went above and beyond to mediate and help resolve the issues which we were having.
I’d highly recommend Hockeys if you need to sell your house in a hurry ????

FacebookAfter trying to sell our house with 2 other estate agents with no luck I was a bit sceptical when Hockeys assured me they could, well here goes I thought but within a month sure enough we had our offer, Alex was great from the start, then Harriett & Ben who were amazing, even putting up with my constant ringing when solicitors were dragging their heels, I was quite impatient about the whole process, but after 40yrs in our family home we now have our perfect bungalow so thank you all at Hockeys for making our dream come true, definitely recommend you guys

FacebookDealing with the sale of my late mother's house has been a long and stressful experience. Having been with another estate agent for a long time without success, or regular updates, we signed up with the Hockeys team. Their communication and their tireless effort put in, has lead to the sale. This was handled with efficiency and in a friendly, understanding and helpful manner throughout the process. Well done, we can all look back with satisfaction. Specific thanks must go to Alex, Jeremy and Joe, although I am sure the whole team deserve our thanks as well. John & Ruth

FacebookUnfortunately I didn't choose Hockey's as my agent to sell my property, they were selling the one I purchased, I wish I had have gone with Hockey's, Alex Milne was fabulous at keeping us in the loop, he was supportive, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to find the answer if he didn't have it! I would highly recommend this agency without a doubt a service you should expect and receive without question! Thank you Alex Milne and Hockey's.

FacebookWe've twice bought and sold through Hockeys and on both occasions we couldn't have hoped for a more positive experience. From valuation to completion, Jeremy and Alex worked tirelessly to ensure we were kept up to date, matched our house to the perfect buyer and found a lovely new home for our growing family. Their fee was very reasonable and entirely worthwhile for a very quick sale and peace of mind. A highly recommended local agency.

FacebookThank you to the team at Hockeys and to Alex Milne. You provided a great service; always helpful responsive and polite. The sale hit a few rocky patches but the team at Hockeys always responded well and updated me quickly. It was especially good that all members of the team knew details of my sale and were able to cover if Alex was not there to deal with any problems arising.

FacebookIt’s taken us a while to get around to it, but we’d like to thank all at Hockeys, and in particular Ben. Being first time buyers, Ben made us feel so comfortable that everything was under control, with effective communication and updates along the way.
It became a relatively quick process in the end, and we have Ben to thank for that.
Cheers!

FacebookValerie Watson - Hockeys was our agent of choice after an unfruitful couple of months with another agent. Alex and Joe were efficient and helpful from the beginning and kept us up-dated regularly. I'm very grateful for all their efforts, and for successfully finding a buyer for my house in record time. The whole process was completed in a relatively short space of time. Excellent work!

View AgentsGreat Service with local knowledge
Hockeys estate agents were great. We had a very long and drawn out process between selling, buying and a probate case on the property that we were buying. Both properties were with Hockeys and that worked in our favour for sure. It meant we got answers quicker. They still kept us informed every step of the way. We very much appreciated the feel of having a personal service. We have used several estate agents in the past and I would definitely say that Hockeys have come out top for us. Harriet and Ben were especially attentive to our property sale. Considering it's a very stressful experience, they did their best to reassure us the whole way through. They are very dedicated to their jobs and that shows.
I will be recommending you :-) Thank you to all at Hockeys.

FacebookHockey’s were estate agents for the people whose house we bought. All I can say is that i’m gutted we didn’t choose them to represent us in the sale of our house. Harriet is an absolute wonder with her energy, positivity and excellent communication. She was in contact with us so many times with excellent advice and providing a communication channel to the sellers. I would absolutely recommend Hockey’s to anyone who wants a personal service from people that care about doing a good job.

If Heineken made estate agents!!
i must say with such a large transaction in a sale and a purchase the whole experience could not have been any better managed by Hockeys!
We couldn't decide on which estate agent to use but straight away when Harriot attended our house we felt at ease and comfortable and knew that we had made the right decision.
the whole transaction was hassle free and stress free and i cannot thank Hockeys enough.
To harriot et al thank you so much

FacebookI've just sold through Hockeys, and was impressed by the team from the outset. At valuation stage Harriet outshone competitors with her insightful appraisal of the house - it's material potential, where its appeal lay, and where it sat in the current market. Her style was bright, confident and sincere, and I felt very comfortable trusting her and the team to represent the property. During the process, Joseph has been responsive and attentive, communicated clearly and keeping me fully informed along the way. Excellent service. I'd also add that I had a fantastic service from the conveyancer recommended by Hockey's (Hayward Moon).
