The team are professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make the whole process seamless. They were willing to answer any questions that I had - even if they needed to do extra research to find the answer. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell!

GoogleI worked at Hockeys for almost a year, putting in long hours six days a week, but unfortunately, my experience was not what I’d hoped for. From the beginning, I was paid less than minimum wage, which was tough but something I accepted because I wanted to do a good job. However, the long hours, low pay, and constant pressure started affecting my mental and physical health. It was a very difficult work environment with little to no support for employees. One thing I found especially frustrating was the way some customers and employees were treated differently. It often felt like certain clients were favored over others, and some decisions seemed to be made for reasons that weren’t entirely clear or fair. In my experience, transparency was sometimes lacking, which made it challenging for me as an employee and left me concerned about how customers might feel. After a year of this, I decided I couldn’t continue. I wouldn’t recommend Hockeys as a place to work, and I’d suggest that customers be mindful and pay attention to how things are managed. I hope the company will make positive changes for both employees and customers in the future.

GoogleI've experienced dealing with Hockey's as both a buyer and a seller, and couldn't recommend them more. Poppy, Bianca, Philip and Liam were so incredibly helpful, friendly, responsive and professional throughout the selling process. They were great mediators, kept both parties happy and the advert they created looked great. No complaints, just great service.

GoogleThey set an asking price but then when you take time off work to go and view the property (because you can't view outside those hours), they tell you that the sellers want 5-10% more. Then, they take the highest offer, disclose it to everyone, and trigger a week long best and final. I find this practice unfair and disrespectful for buyers who spend time and effort only to realise that really they can't afford it. I guess this is good for sellers and their fees though, which is all that matters nowadays

Hello Da Vid, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to keep all buyers happy when there are multiple bidders for a single property. From our experience and buyers' and sellers' feedback, we offer transparency on disclosing the highest offer before requesting a date for best and final offers. We find this process to be, the fairest, quickest and cleanest method for all parties. I hope this clarifies the process as to why we handle multiple bidders on our properties in the way we do.
