Very dedicated agent and the best results!

I worked with Hockeys in Cambridge to sell our 4-bed house which is located in CB1. We initially worked with 2 other agents who were unable to sell our property after 1.5 years so we asked Hockeys to help. Philip was so helpful with finding the right strategy to get buyers through the door, and Liam was our main agent who was highly communicative and reassuring to work with. As it was stressful sale, due to the difficult market and personal challenges, Liam was extremely understanding, helpful and was able to get us through and over the line. The property was sold above asking price, and I can't stress enough how happy I am that we chose to work with Hockeys. Thank you so much.

Excellent Service from Bradley, Highly Recommend! We had a really positive experience with Hockleys of Cambridge when purchasing our property. Bradley was excellent throughout the whole process. We were shown a house by Joao on Saturday and we all were very impressed with his knowledge of the property and the way in which he allowed us to look at the house but stayed on hand to answer our questions. We have seen many houses and Joao was by far the best agent who showed us a property. It made a big difference to our viewing experience but many estate agents don’t seem to put any value on the person who shows the property. Not Hockeys. Joao’s approach was informative and put us at ease whilst being professional at all times. Thank you Joao! Hockeys are lucky to have you. A fantastic asset!

From the very start I felt confident in Hockeys and that didn't waiver, despite my onward selling experience feeling a little like a roller coaster ride. A ride with no seat belt; frustratingly stalling for what feels like an eternity at the peak, only to drop vertically within a seconds notice, while the person behind repeatedly pukes in your hair. You think it's near the end of the ride, thank goodness, huge sighs of relief, maybe one more loop, no, alas- it's three more loops and one goes backwards.
