GoogleWow these guys are top class. Smashed the stereotype of estate agents. I've worked with quite a few, and these guys are next level. I had 3 local agencies come and visit, and I chose Hockeys because Philip was smart and genuine (which appealed more than the sales pitches of the others). It was the right decision, because Philip had a well-thought out selling strategy, which meant my selling price far exceeded expectations. And the process itself was smooth. Most importantly, I trusted both Philip and Liam - which is pretty damn important (and rare in this business). Thanks guys

GoogleCould not have had a better experience. Fantastic communication, excellent feedback and joy to work with. Philip Dickinson managed our expectations beautifully and with a touch of humour, handled the sale expertly, and was a pleasure to deal with on all occasions. I even started to look forward to his calls which I couldn’t have predicted! Without doubt the best agency in Cambridge. Fully recommend.

GoogleI recently completed the purchase of my apartment with the assistance of Hockeys. They were all quite helpful throughout the process and I would recommend their services. Poppy, the negotiator assigned to my case, was very responsive, prompt in her communications and kept me informed without the need for constant follow-up. Overall, the service provided was professional and competent, and I am satisfied with the outcome. I recommend their services to those who value clear communication and efficiency in their property transactions.

GoogleHockeys were extremely swift to help us get our house on the market in record time to enable us to proceed on a property we'd seen. Despite the usual trials of property chains, they worked tirelessly to keep all the parties aligned and happy so that the purchase went through. Always returning my calls swiftly and offering helpful advice and guidance. Thank you!

GoogleHarriett at Hockeys Willingham handled our recent house purchase and did a great job, professional and personable from start to finish. She was always proactive, trying to find a solution rather than worrying about the problem (and there were a few). Communication was excellent throughout the process which made a huge difference to the experience. I now know why the majority of the for sale boards in the area are for Hockeys, their service is brilliant.

GoogleWe have finally moved into the house we want. The whole purchase process was smooth until we started the legal process. Ben Osborne from Hockey’s Willingham office were with us from the beginning to view many houses within his system and tried his best to close the gaps between me, as the buyer, and the vendor of the house we loved. After the chain was closed and we kicked off the legal process, it turned out that there was a terrible person who appointed two most terrible solicitors in uk on the chain. Ben stepped in and kept the whole chain moving. I have to say that without his efforts pushing the whole chain forward, I doubt I can ever complete the purchase. Ben, if you ever see this comment, you deserve every single penny you earned from this case.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house that was listed by Hockeys. The agent was Philip Dickinson, who was always easy to contact and helped reassure the sellers when we hit roadbumps in our own house sale. He was also very helpful in arranging follow-up viewings so that we could arrange building plans. Thank you!

GoogleWe had a great experience with Hockeys as first time buyers. Poppy Robinson worked on our case and was always super helpful and responsive. We even went with all their recommendations, e.g. mortgage broker and solicitor, which you're usually told not to do but we had nothing but good experiences! Thank you again.

GoogleIt was a great pleasure working with Hockeys on the purchase of my new home. Poppy Robinson did an outstanding job. She was always there when needed (replied to emails within minutes) and knew exactly what to do. She greatly facilitated the negotiations with the sellers, which is never an easy task. From the very first viewing of the property to the exchange of contracts, Poppy and her colleagues at Hockeys were wonderfully friendly, supportive and fair. I strongly recommend them to any future buyers in the Cambridg area.
