GoogleAbsolutely horrendous service, Girl on the desk answered my call last week about a viewing in Waterbeach. She arranged the time with me and I confirmed I could make 8:45. No one turned up. I called them to see where the estate agent is for them to say that they never confirmed it and they can't make it. Wasted my time for no reason. And just as my house is going up for sale in Northstowe I will be sure not to use Hockeys at all. Very unprofessional.

It appears as though your viewing was not correctly booked in by a new member of the team, so thank you for bringing it to our attention. GoogleI have been been to several viewings of properties advertised by Hockeys. With one exception, it was always exceedingly well conducted, and they deserve praise for not abusing of wide-angle lenses in the pictures they post online.

GoogleAbsolute disgrace!! We travelled 3 hours to meet on a new build site that Hockeys are the agents for. After arriving at site and heading to showroom reception to be met be a builder with a hard hat. Anyhow he knew nothing about this so we drove over to the street with the available plots and waited, and waited. Anyhow half hour later in need of refreshments and use if the ladies! My oh decided to ring and inquire of the whereabouts of our agent...Was informed we had came through to another site and that they would go try find out what was going on!.. Good job we never sat and waited ✋️ no show.... equals No sale!! Couldn't even be bothered to send an e mail explaining or apologising for the time taken out of our busy schedule along with the long drive to get there! Needless to say won't be using them again. Will go buy elsewhere!

Hello Karen I am sorry that you feel that you had a bad experience with our Willingham office. We received your enquiry the evening before you wanted to attend the site, and you turned up without having the viewing confirmed by us. The contact number you put on your enquiry was either incorrectly supplied or mistyped, and we could not get hold of you to arrange the viewing. We have subsequently emailed you a copy of your enquiry, demonstrating that the number supplied was incorrect, but we never received a reply.

GooglePhilip was a fantastic help when purchasing my first property. He was very thorough and attentive, and constantly chasing solicitors to get things moving in what was a very difficult and lengthy process (no fault of Hockeys'!).

GoogleI was a buyer so didn't choose Hockeys but Jonathan was really helpful in a long-running process with really difficult seller's solicitors. It definitely would have fallen through if he wasn't so active throughout. Poor post sale service though, once they’re paid they don’t want to put any extra work in.
