GoogleGreat help from Ellis throughout the purchase of our house. The only thing is that they could have a bit more involvement in the completion stage, we were handed they keys of our new house but the previous owner was still there. Though overall good service I would definitely recommend Hockeys

GoogleAfter finding a gem of a house but not having sold ours, I have to thank Phillip for his immense patience after being hounded by me on a weekly basis to see if the house was still available! Persistence paid off and we complete on Friday this week! So apologies Phillip, but also a huge thank you to you and your team for all the help in securing the property, we absolutely love it and won't forget your cup of tea!! many many thanks again! GooglePhilip and the team were unfailingly attentive and proactive when handling my house sale. They had my complete trust throughout and fought my corner when needed. I also thought the cost to sell my flat was very competitive given all that and was happy to be using a local business to provide the services. Would recommend.

GoogleAbsolutely superb! Highly recommended! So glad we went with Hockeys for our recent house sale. Ben Osborne and his Team made sure that our journey was professionally managed from start to finish. Hockeys have been exceptionally helpful every step of the way from the getting the house marketed perfectly, videos and photographs to an excellent standard. All viewings where professionally organised and keeping us updated every step of the way with prompt feedback and most importantly, chasing the other people in our chain and solicitors! Ben and his team handled our sale regularly checking in with everyone and keeping us and our buyers updated all the way through to completion, I don't know how we would have managed without his help it made the always stressful process of moving much less stressful. Everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly, well informed, and knowledgeable throughout, as well as very clear and honest. I can’t really recommend them enough; I have been telling all my friends to use them (and am posting this review on other platforms too!!).

GoogleLiam, Poppy, Philip, Jonathan and the rest of the team at the Cambridge office of Hockeys changed my view of estate agents. The entire team who helped us with our sales and purchase (we had two sales to complete before our purchase could also complete) were fantastic. They were nothing but helpful and I’m convinced that the whole process was significantly faster because of the professionalism they showed in dealing with the parties involved in the transactions. They were very quick in responding to our emails and phone calls and very proactive in chasing our buyers and vendors, getting the answers we needed quickly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

GoogleMe and my wife bought a house with the help of Hockeys. We couldn't ask for a better service. Especially the support provided by the sales manager Ben Osborne was outstanding. As first time buyers we were unaware with the proceedings and Ben was very approachable to answer all our queries. He maintained a good communication between our solicitors and kept us updated at each stage. Very happy with overall service.

GoogleHockeys have been great to deal with, I’ve dealt with Jeremy for many years, he has a great understanding of the property market in and around Cambridge. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, he is a great asset to the company!

GoogleAfter waiting for more than 11 months, I finally got my first house! This journey was tough. It could not have been completed without the enormous amount of help provided by Hockeys, especially Philip. This man is a STAR! Thank you so much for always being patient and supportive over the last 11 months! Also thanks for everyone else in Hockeys - I have been an annoying customer chasing for updates in the last several days by calling and emailing multiple times a day. Thank you for always making me feel that I am welcomed!

GoogleNot being from the area, and finding I had a house to sell in Waterbeach after a sudden family bereavement, I spoke to 3 local Estate agents about selling the property . After speaking to Liam at the Cambridge branch,I decided immediately to trust Hockeys with the sale. Liam just seemed more interested than the other firms, had excellent knowledge of the local market and showed far more empathy In what was a difficult time. The quality of the marketing was superb and the interest it generated was simply staggering! The sale was handled by Philip Dickinson who is the star of the show ! Communication is key in this business and he always kept me fully appraised on all aspects of the sale , whilst also making time to discuss the trials and tribulations of our mutual football team Newcastle United ! It wasn't the easiest of sales to get through as we had a few unexpected hurdles but was handled with care and professionalism throughout. Thanks again Philip.

GoogleThere is a general consensus that estate agents are pretty shady and more than likely unhelpful and for most of my experiences with estate agents, this is the case. However I seemly managed to get the one estate agent that completely defied my expectation. Philip Dickinson has been dealing with my incessant phone calls week in week out for the past 4-5 months as we progressed with quite a nerve wracking process. It did not matter how many times I rang, how many times I asked for a clarification of the same thing or updates about the overall process. He always answered my phone call in a cheery and friendly manner, or always returned my call promptly. I can easily say that Philip has been the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with and I would be lovely if I could both sell and purchase my house through him again, even as unlikely as that would be. I can not recommend Hockeys and Philip enough to anyone who was a nervous buyer like myself as they just take care of you and always have your best interests at heart. It’s been a pleasure to deal with him and again, I couldn’t recommend Philip enough.
