GoogleUseless, unable to organise viewings. Two prospective buyers turn up for 9am appointment with owner hanging out of window saying the appointments were all cancelled a few days before. The other people viewing had received a confirmation message in the morning and we received ours yesterday. The team in Cambridge are not replying and appear arrogant when it is suggested they need to improve. I would not sell using Hockeys

Even when there were difficult issues with the chain, he persisted and kept the momentum for an eventual successful outcome. He was diligent and polite throughout. Speak to him or one of the team, even if you foresee complications, because they will do their absolute best to try to get the result everyone is looking for.

GoogleWe have recently our first house with the help of Philip Dickinson at Hockeys. We have used others agencies in the past and the experience has always been lacklustre so we were worried about the purchase process. Fortunately we had not to worry as Philip could not have been more helpful, patient and responsive. GoogleI chose Hockeys estate agent as I had previously used them 19 years ago to buy my home they have just currently sold. My house sold within the first week. Liam, Philip and Sean were always helpful, finding out what was happening when there were issues on our purchase. Hockeys did not give the hard sell as a lot of estate agents do. This is what I loved about them. The team effortlessly guided us through the process and remained next to us every step of the way. Their responses were always quick, concise and crystal clear. GoogleMy wife and I recently bought our first home through Hockeys, and we were delighted with it from start to end. We found that Hockeys provided plenty of additional property information, such as a detailed floor plan and a video of the rooms, which helped us choose the right property to consider and visit. Moreover, they provide a members' area within their website where it's possible to keep track of the properties seen and the offers placed. Philip Dickinson followed our purchase: one of the most excellent, friendly, professional and approachable human beings we have ever met. Philip was exceptionally good at informing us of the purchase's progress and guiding us through the numerous steps. Not only he always answered our many questions, but he did so very professionally and always with a smile. He never failed to return our calls and was always ready to provide updates as needed. Philip was excellent when things were running smoothly but proved to be outstanding when some issues arose during the process. He went out of his way to find a solution and, needless to say, succeeded. Based on our experience, we highly recommend buying a property through Hockeys, especially when dealing with Philip.

Mr. Ellis Hale is our sales representative and point of contact at Hockeys and I believe he did a really great job to ensure our buying process is as seamless as possible. To make sure we are satisfied with everything, they attempted to phone and email both solicitors on a daily basis to receive updates. I highly recommend Hockeys/Willingham and their professional team to buy or sell your property.
