From arranging the appraisal at short notice, to the heartfelt chat about the essence of the property and then the steps to completion within 12 weeks, this has been a great experience. The suggested price was on the nail and we received a full offer on listing day that subsequently became the sale.

GoogleI reached out to Hilbery Chaplin about 5 years ago for a valuation amongst several other Agencies. Neil was very insightful with the market comps and was very friendly and not pushy which I appreciate. He was understanding of my situation at the time. When I was finally ready to sell this year, i chose to reach out to Neil following his professionalsm and advice. Neil was quick to arrange open days and I had plenty of viewings. Fast forward to today, I am thankful to him and both Kellies' for their support in making the sale quick, smooth and easy. Thank you to the team. Highly Recommend this company and branch.

GoogleVery good letting agent who have always responded promptly to any messages I have sent through. For repairs, I generally contact my landlord directly, however, I'm sure Hilbery Chaplin would be efficient in taking a course of action if I reported directly to them.

GoogleHilbury Chaplin Laindon have been absolutely amazing with the Sale of our home. We bought through them 5 years ago and there was no hesitation to use them for the sale again. We first met Karen who was amazing during our valuation and gave us some brilliant advice for buying our new home aswell as continued support for any questions we had. She made us feel so at ease and comfortable through out the whole process. I would also like to mention Marcus who is a credit to Hilbury Chaplin - he has gone above and beyond for us on so many occasions. One Saturday evening we lost our set of door keys and didn’t know where to turn. We decided we would stay at our parents and collect the keys from the office in the morning - we text Marcus to ask what time they would be open in the morning and he promptly replied “I don’t live far from the office I can get them now for you” the relief that come over us was unbelievable and we could never thank Marcus enough for coming out on his weekend to help us. His positive and can do attitude is something that others should look up to! We will be sad to see the end of our communications when everything is finalised but we will not hesitate to get in touch again if we ever need to sell our home again.

GoogleWe recently used Hilbery Chaplin, Laindon to sell our home. From our very first meeting I couldn’t fault the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They did all of our viewings for us and took care of everything we needed. Once we had sold our house, we ended up buying a property that was also being sold by them. Any question or query was quickly answered and the whole process was made so easy by the whole team. Karen is amazing, she was the first person we met and was one of the main reasons we chose to use them as estate agents. Lewis did a brilliant job with the photos of our home. We ended up mainly dealing with Marcus, who was outstanding, so helpful. He showed us houses and helped to make our buying process so simple. He is a true gem! I cannot fault the service we received from all of the team and cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI put my house on the market with Hilbery Chaplin and dealt with a lovely lady called Kellie Hallier. I was very anxious as was selling solo but she was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. She has been with me during the whole process, checking I’m ok without my prompting and talking me through various documents. I dont know how I would have done it without her. She gave me some contacts to help with removals of old furniture and the name of a reasonably priced solicitor. I highly recommend.
