GoogleRecently offered on a lovely property after viewing with Neil but unfortunately due to a change in circumstances the seller decided not to sell. However, Hilbery Chaplin and Neil always kept me in the loop and I did not have to chase them for answers, a great example for estate agents.

GoogleHad the pleasure of working with Kelly Workman on a purchase of one of my clients. Could not have been more delighted with the service. The transaction was a tricky one with one half of the chain being ready before the rest. Kelly kept a tricky first time buyer well managed simply through her kindness, courteousness and professionalism. She even went on to chase the chain and respond to concerns while she was out of office and on Holiday! Could not recommend more!

I made a bad choice of solicitor and the Laindon team proved invaluable in chasing progress and resolving issues. They are a very friendly team with a personal touch and exceptional communication skills. I am incredibly grateful to Anabel, Karen and Lewis for their hard work, patience and good communication. Faces changed over time, but young, energetic and humorous agent Lewis and captain of the ship Karen and her staff, made the the tense time of legal language and calls and stalls very bearable. GoogleI have used these guys for many years! The team at Hilbery Chaplin Laindon branch are amazing. Big massive thank you to Karen, Anabel and Lewis for assisting the sale of our home. It was a journey of a sale but, we got their in the end. I would recommend anyone to sell or buy your home through them. Their knowledge and expertise are on another level. GoogleKaren, Anabel and the team were amazing at selling our house. We sold within 2 weeks and when we ending up with a long chain to complete, they did everything to keep us up to date on where everyone was and the communication was fantastic. We wanted to move before the stamp duty increased and we had issues where no one in the chain was really pushing the completion. Anabel was great at chasing updates and pushing for completion until the very end, and even when we were struggling to exchange due to the solicitors not acting quick enough, Karen tracked down where the hold up was and ensured that the exchange went through within the time frame. We can't thank the team enough for their effort to get us completed and moved before the end of March. Their service was fantastic throughout. Definitely recommended and would use them again without hesitation.

All the staff members were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the whole process and put you at ease when issues arise. A special thanks to Lewis who continually chased the chain to keep things moving efficiently.
