GoogleI believe this solicitors firm are trying to scam people. I have just received an email chasing ground rent after never receiving the actual bills. When asking for evidence they have refused to provide it. I was spoken to extremely rudely by a John Bucknell who then hung up on me after their email says please discuss this letter with us if you have any difficulty. The £500 addition to the ground rent is what’s added to the difficulty and rather than discuss it I was told pay or face court action all contrary to their email. It’s disgusting.

GoogleIn a sector that is becoming more and more regulated, with numerous legislation changes every year, we engaged Trust Audit to carry out visits to our entire branch network. The reports are very thorough, so you can really drill down into the detail if you wish, yet give a comprehensible summery, for those in the business who just need to see the high-level results at a glance. We are very happy with the excellent customer service provided by Jacqueline, and continue to work closely for various on-going projects.

GoogleMy parents used this joke of an agency to sell their house. Did nothing untill they handed in their notice after receiving barely any arranged visits over 10 weeks.. 1 day before the contract ceased they amazingly found someone.. no memorandum of sales was issued and the agent led them on for 2 months. After this the agency kept attending the house and even sent around the buyer who they were waiting on weeks on weeks to try and strong arm them into a sale. Parents ended up going with another agency (who they got an offer within 4 days) and they said that they wouldn't be stung with 2 lots of agency fees when clearly there are in contract.. do not touch or you will regret. I welcome a response from them...

GoogleHave just completed my purchase with Hilbery Chaplin. Very happy with their service throughout the whole process, from the initial ease of arranging my viewing, to the post sales support. There was none of the usual nonsense you get with most estate agents, just honest people doing their job. Particular thanks to Valerie and Hollie.

GooglePoor service, they work on behalf of the council for commercial properties, they are very slow and never keep you updated about the service, they told me they can take over 1 year to complete the agreement of letting commercial properties, If you are looking for a shop I would avoid this agency.

GoogleI had very very bad experience with them. I was buying property from them and half way of transfer when i paid my solicitor all of a sudden they told me the vender no longer interested in sale. It cost me time+ money + stress. Very experience.
