GooglePurchased a new home for my mother through Hilbery Chaplin, professional all the way through, excellent communication through Valarie, she kept me updated throughout the whole purchase to handing over the keys, very professional and warm, couldn't of asked for more. Well done to all involved.

GoogleWoefully poor 'management' company. Half-baked vetting on their tenants and then either they will do the bare minimum to delay taking action or just decide to ignore complaints altogether, so long as they are getting their money..

GoogleAbsolutely delighted with the service of the sales team throughout the entire process. Di, in the early days, made sure I was completely confident with the process (reassuring me about COVID safety during viewings etc) Carole blew me away with her energy and downright doggedness throughout the viewing and closing date stage, and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Alicia and Jennifer were also very efficient and encouraging in terms of what my property sale could achieve. I sold my house in 11 days but received a competitive offer on day four so was reassured very quickly that this was a great time to sell. I would certainly recommend the North Berwick sales office to anyone thinking of selling in East Lothian.

GoogleExcellent service from Robert and his staff enable me to rent out my garage to another of their tenants moving into a flat on the development without a garage, thus creating a "win - win" situation for all concerned. This was negotiated quickly and easily by Hilbery Chaplin Lettings, where I have been a landlord for over 15 years. I would recommend Hilbery Chaplin to both Landlords and prospective tenants.

GoogleI just purchased the property through Hilbery Chaplin . They helped me a lot throughout the process even after there was a undue delay from my solicitor. Still they remained very calm and helped me deal with my solicitors. I can highly recommend hilbery Chaplin. Specially Anthoney and Phil are just proper professionals . Thank you so much .
