GoogleBefore renting from letting agents you always hear bad stories about them, such as just letting themselves into your home without permission, or when you have a fault in the home that's not your fault they charge you extortionate amounts or don't arrange help to fix it etc. All I've had is positive experiences with Henderson connellan. They respond to all my queries straight away, they have an app to report any faults or repairs which gets dealt with quickly and from start to finish they've helped this house feel like a home.

GoogleOur company has used Henderson Connellan as agents to rent 2 no properties in the Kettering area over the last year. Our point of contact was Laura Tolton and the standard of service we have received has been excellent. As our head office is in Northern Ireland Laura kept us informed with updates every step of the way through phone calls and emails. The response time and communication was first class. I cannot fault any part of the rental experience and the support and professionalism that Laura provided us during this time and across the extended Covid-19 period was second to none. I would have no problem recommending Laura and the team.

GoogleEXCELLENT JOB BY CHRISTIE AND LEE AND ALL THE TEAM AT HENDERSON CONNELLAN. The best estate agents in Corby by far. Upon meeting lee at my property for the first time, lee presented himself very well and showed he has an extensive amount of industry knowledge, was understanding of my needs and reassuring. He has an honest approach and got the price of my property just right, after accepting there services photos where taken promptly by a professional and the house went on the market. Christie Taylor was then appointed to help me with my property, who may I say was so professional I couldn’t have wished for anyone better. Thank you once again Christie. After just seven days Christie had sold my property whilst keeping me informed every step of the way, nothing was ever to much trouble, she was always available in the office or by phone. AMAZING SERVICE. I feel very grateful to them all and if you need a first class estate agents in that area I would highly recommend to contact Christie and lee. I am sure you will find them just as impressive as I did.

GoogleDuring the last year, I have needed to sell 2 completely different styles of property, in my professional capacity as Executor / Attorney. Henderson Connellan acted professionally at all times, keeping me regularly informed each step of the way. Holly Smith - HC's Sales Manager, managed to drum up a lot of interest in a village bungalow on a good sized plot, and as a result it was sold quickly at substantially above the guide price ! I would highly recommend Henderson Connellan to anyone wishing to sell a property. I will certainly be using them again, when the time arises - well done to all the team !
