I would highly recommend using Henderson Connellan. From initial contact, I was immediately impressed with their team's professional, but very friendly and approachable manner. In my interactions with them, I was the purchaser, but could see their careful balancing of all parties involved. The team's sensitive, considerate and transparent nature was perfect in what can be an extremely stressful and emotional time, whilst still maintaining efficiency. They made the whole process simple and easy for me. Holly was fantastic from start to finish. With her experience, knowledge and genuine nature she was a lovely person to have as my point of contact. Thank you

We are currently in the process of selling and buying with Henderson Connellan. The entire team have been attentive, responsive and helpful throughout the whole experience so far. Lewis is our current point of contact and we have nothing other than positive feedback.

Sandy was an absolute hero when it came to getting our exchange and completion through. It was a bit of a battle with some slightly less responsive solicitors in our chain, but Sandy pushed and got everything sorted for us. She is a superb aftersales person! I would recommend the whole HC team for their support and tenacity, especially Holly for getting our house sold so quickly in the first place :-)

Would avoid this company completely I lived in one of there properties I was threatened to be beaten and killed by the other tenants multiple times and when I rang up on 6 different occasions they said they would send emails and they never did.... the landlord did nothing to help either, yet I played music loud one night to celebrate my 21st birthday and I got 3 missed calls and emails saying I will be evicted if I make noise nuisance which to me is minor compared to having myself threatened by some men who think there 10 men this company is a joke and does nothing for the tenants safety

Henderson Connellan handled both the sale of our property and our purchase. Right through from our initial valuation, viewings and suggesting properties for us, everyone on the sales team was amazing. Lewis and Conan both went above and beyond to help us secure our dream home, and Sandra was an absolute star looking after us through the sale and purchase. All this while we were on lockdown as well, we couldn't be happier with Henderson Connellan

The market was rather slow initially but we were impressed with the way the HC staff kept working to secure a sale, including 2 x "At Home" mornings. The professionalism, commitment and friendliness of all the staff was exceptional throughout.
