Henderson Connellan have been brilliant throughout our journey buying our house. Our estate agent was incredibly knowledgeable about the property we viewed and purchased, answering all of our questions both in person and via email. Once our offer was accepted, the post sale team was fantastic, particularly at supporting us following up the vendors with queries, and keeping the process moving. On collection of the keys, we were made to feel very welcome and we were congratulated and even given a gift of essentials for moving. We would certainly use Henderson Connellan again.

I can’t fault these guys. Having gone through a long purchase due to covid, All members of the team was on hand to help me when I needed advice and had questions to ask. They all acted quickly and they was very professional. From day 1 I felt confident that they would get this sale done. A special mention to Emma, can’t praise Emma enough throughout this process, the quick response to emails, the constant chasing of Solictors, the information she would relay so quickly she was absolutely fantastic and always reassured us that the process was still moving. Using Henderson Connellan to sell our house where others have failed was the best decision we made. As individuals, each and every one of them was professional, courteous and went out of their way to help and as a team they are exceptional, like a family. Conan gave us a spot on valuation, Holly described the property perfectly and the professional photos were superb. Lewis kept us informed instantly with all our viewings and the house sold within a week. Sandy who dealt with our after sales kept us sane. She calmly, patiently and efficiently dealt with our phone calls and also the many phone calls from our buyer and liaised with the other agents in the chain and our solicitor to ensure we made it smoothly through to exchange and completion. I have recently sold my home with Henderson’s with the help from Lee, Phil and Christie. I have to say Christie was amazing! Kept in constant contact with updates and advice. Kept me reassured when the process did not go quite to plan (solicitors). Felt like I was ringing/messaging a friend for help with the way Christie responded. Nothing felt that it was to much hassle - which I’m sure it was as it was a long process with our house being a shared ownership sale! Highly recommend Henderson’s!!
