GoogleAbsolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very professional from initial meeting and valuation to arranging many and regular viewings, keeping me updated with feedback and negotiations with potential buyers, and advising me on pricing and presentation of my property. Photography and marketing literature made me want to buy my own house! Best thing of all was the friendliness of all the staff I met or talked to on the phone, approachable, genuine and personable. A great team making a great company.

GoogleConan was very helpful and professional with the sale of my home. He was understanding of our circumstances and was very reliable when dealing with the two of us. He is a very smart man who knows what he is talking about with all aspects of the sale of your house. We were multiagency when selling the house and the other agency doesnt compare to Henderson Connellan. Conan advised us on the best options for us as we were pretty clueless on selling the house. The pandemic did not help with the time it took to complete our sale. However, we recieved weekly updates from Conan and his team regarding what was happening. Being kept in the loop gives you a peace of mind through a stressful time. The price was mildly high however the service was worth every penny. Fully recommend. GoogleThis is a first class Estate Agent. We dealt with the whole team but especially Abby who was a true professional. We were the buyer not the seller so Henderson Connellan were not working for us at all but they were straight forward, empathetic, understanding and most importantly they kept us informed and when they said they would come back to us they did that. I have dealt with a few Estate Agents and this is so rare. They are true professionals and I would recommend them highly, I would not hesitate to use them again. GoogleFourteen years on from selling our previous home through Henderson Connellan, we did not hesitate to choose them again when the time came to sell my Mother’s house. I was absolutely confident that after so many years of valuable local knowledge and experience that the Director David would be absolutely honest in his valuation of the property, the team would do an excellent job in producing particularly professional sale particulars and the viewings would be managed proactively. They did not disappoint. From the moment my Mother’s house was valued and photographed (the very next day I might add) we knew that we were in good hands once again. The house was pitched to the market perfectly and it was only days before my Mother received a full asking price offer. I would personally recommend Henderson Connellan to anybody looking for an estate agent to sell their home. They conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism and they will certainly be the estate agent of choice again when the time comes for my husband and I to sell our current property.
