FacebookDo not recommend the Kettering branch, had my offer accepted on a property and sent the relevant documents straight away. Told it would be taken off the market but the estate agent was extremely slow and did not remove the property or put sold subject to contract. Four days later I'm informed that another offer was accepted and the property was no longer mine. This is unprofessional and I'm disgusted with this behaviour.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we do understand how frustrating and upsetting it is to lose a property you wanted to buy, especially when your offer had been accepted. Thank you for engaging in email dialogue with us concerning your review and we hope our explanation has provided some clarity regarding the circumstances that resulted in the owner selling to another party, all be it not the outcome you wanted. We understand how disappointing the outcome of this situation is, however we have acted in a professional capacity in line with both our industry guidelines and legal obligations. We very much hope that we can continue to assist you in your search for a home.
