GoogleOne of the most professional and friendliest Estate agents experiences I've ever had. I applied for many rental properties with having a very well behaved dog it was hard. GoogleThere's absolutely nothing wrong with their service but not quite 5 stars. Pre-sale was fantastic and communication was faultless. Post-sale (just pre-move) communication seemed to be buyer focused (we were selling). Nothing bad but it felt like sometimes we needed to chase them instead of them updating us as things happened. Overall really professional and good service though. I would recommend them.

GoogleI do not recommend. Do not ask for anything because you will be thrown out - 5 minutes later you get a message that you have to move out. We did, because the property is ruined anyway, the owner probably only rents the property to keep the deposit. I call for a deposit and the young lady asks if i want to see the property , I say that iam calling for the deposit, that the landlord has to check the property but the property has long been available for rent with a higher rent ! No contact with the agency! The worst agency we've ever dealt with. The nice are only in the beginning until they get the money! The circus started from the first day of living! Never again.!!
From 6th April 2007, it was a legal requirement to register a tenant’s deposit with a government backed scheme, that was designed to protect the tenant from unfairly losing their deposit. We follow this legal requirement, and all deposits are held correctly and lawfully with the government backed Deposit Protection Service. If for any reason, the property is not vacated to a satisfactory standard, we will put forward an evidence based case to the Deposit Protection Service to withhold money from a tenants deposit. The Deposit Protection Service is an unbiased organisation and make the decision based on evidence provided by both parties, and each tenant has the right to appeal via the arbitration process if they disagree.

GoogleReally pleased with this service. We bought our home through them. Nothing was too much trouble and they even gave us a "welcome to your new home" pack. I still use the key ring because it's nice and shiny! A few years later, we sold our home through them. All the staff are so friendly, nothing is too much bother for them. I can't rate them highly enough. I can't imagine we will, but if we sold our house again, I wouldn't look anywhere else.

GoogleThe Market Harborough branch were the agents of the Vendors I recently bought a property through and I cannot rate them highly enough - Abby was a godsend, was always really quick to come back to me with updates and answers to questions! I was a first time buyer and was kept informed throughout, treated with the utmost respect and kindness and genuinely the team made the whole transaction that bit easier and less stressful which meant the world - would highly recommend!

GoogleWe were really happy with the friendly and professional. service from Henderson Connellan. Having previously used an online agent, we wanted to go with a market leader this time as we felt our home (which we still loved!) deserved proper treatment! The team at Henderson Connellan didn't disappoint. The quality of the photos on our house listing were far superior to other agents which allowed our home to shine. We had strong interest in our home and viewings were well handled. Unfortunately our first sale fell through, but Holly and Abby were both able to give quick, professional advice - getting us back onto the market again and with three asking price offers on the table in less than a week! The whole team were absolutely fantastic - enthusiastic, yet realistic and set our expectations well. The absolute star of the show was Abby who kept us informed at every step of the way and saved us from additional stress and tears on several occasions! Thank you!! We would recommend Henderson Connellan to anyone who wants top quality service.
