GoogleAbsolute joke ive applied for house they have to let But coz I've had ccj i though I better let them know before I get ripped of, so i did report or they said its fine. Few days after ice paid for application I just get email saying that I have failed and money won't be refunded... STAY AWAY!!!!!

GooglePretty poor experience over all with the marketing of our property. Over valued the property to secure the contract to sell then suggested a reduction in the asking price at the end of the cooling off period. We knew the market was difficult and were not surprised to only get 4 viewings in a nine month period despite dropping the price by 6%. Had to repeatedly chase agent for feedback and effectively received none after receiving no contact from agent for almost 4 months removed the property from the market. I do not believe the property was actively marketed apart from being placed on rightmove. Would not use again to sell a property.

GoogleWe bought a house from Henderson Connellan and it was a very positive experience, mainly due to Jack who we dealt with. Jack showed us a couple of houses, he was on time and friendly. When we found the house we wanted he couldn't have been more helpful. We felt he was always rooting for us and throughout the whole process nothing was too much trouble for him.

GoogleThe good stuff... The team at HC are all very friendly and do deal with issues that arise quickly, I can't complain about that. However, I've rented 2 properties from them and on both occasions they have done everything to avoid reimbursing my full deposit back. They claim that the place was not left to inventory standards. They avoid taking accurate pictures of areas that are in poor condition (they angle they take the pictures from before you move in hides the defects or poor hygiene) then, when you leave, they retake the pictures of the areas in poor condition and claim it was down to you. I have absolute evidence of this on email with the pictures and this provides full backup of what I'm saying. When I left my first property, I agreed there was 1 issue that could have been down to me. I learnt from this, on the 2nd property, I made sure it was perfect. This is when I caught then trying to con me out of my deposit. My advice is, when you move in, take pictures or a video of anything you feel is not right, this will then give you the evidence you need to stop fleecing you of your money when you leave. If you become a tenant of theirs, be very cautious of their tricks.

In particular Jack Oglethorpe made our buying process easier than it might have been without his focus and positivity to get it over the line. Jack supported us on many occasions with persistent but professional chasing to ensure all in the chain could meet the deadlines. I would recommend him highly.

Without her putting 110% in, the house sale would have defiantly fallen through.
