FacebookDealing with an estate agent who consistently rescheduled our viewing appointments, then arrived late without the property keys, and offered no apology for the inconvenience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. This lack of respect for our time and the apparent disorganization made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

GoogleWe were the buyers and we completed on our property at the end of Feb, and the whole team at Henderson Connellan were absolutely brilliant. We would 100% use them if we ever wanted to move in the future, I now recommend them now to everyone - such an amazing team. A special thank you to Abby who is an absolute credit to the team. Abby was amazing at communicating with us, keeping us updated and helping chase solicitors. Such a lovely lady to deal with, very professional, kind and helpful. All of the hard work Abby put in helped us to get completed quickly and smoothly, and we can’t thank her enough! We love our new house and look forward to many happy years here.
