GoogleI recently purchased a property through Hearnes. The buying process was extremely stressful and full of ups and downs, however Hearnes were one of the few positives. I have nothing but respect for Nikki and the team who were very supportive throughout the process, however I would like to make a special mention to Angie who was fantastic! She managed the chain and kept me abreast of any new developments, even calling me on her days off to ensure there were no delays. Angie was extremely friendly and professional as well as reassuring through the difficult times. I'm now looking forward to starting the next chapter of my life. Many Thanks Colin

GoogleWould not recommend to go with Hernes, particularly the Ferndown branch when making such a big investment or selling your property. Each property I have had a viewing with them they have either been on their phone acting completely uninterested, acted like they don't want to be there, left us to view it alone or tried to put us off buying somewhere by being really negative about the property. I felt sorry for the sellers of these properties. I'm addition the communication is awful, we had an offer accepted on a property which unfortunately fell through from the sellers end and hearnes didn't not contact us to let us know. We are still waiting for the call months later (we eventually found out ourselves through the sellers themselves luckily as we had got to know them). They are also particularly rude at times, coming across unprofessional. This isn't just a recent thing, I viewed a few properties with them 2 years ago and had exactly the same experience and it appears nothing has changed, if not it's got worse.

GoogleAfter 7 years of living in Bournemouth the time had come to sell up and move back to London and Hearnes was the perfect choice to help me with my move. Andy and his team were conscientious, thorough, kind, caring, and considerate and obtained me a full asking price offer within 4 days of bringing my property to the market. I never felt rushed or pressured by Hearnes in any capacity. From initial inspection and valuation right the way through to completion, I was supported, respected, and thoroughly listened to throughout. I couldn't recommend Hearnes highly enough! When you regularly hear horror stories about residential estate agents, my experience of Hearnes could not be further from it. If you are within their catchment area/ s and looking to buy or sell a property then look no further. Having historically worked in the property sector for over 20 years, the level of professionalism and care received from Hearnes was second to none. GoogleIf you need to sell your home, use Hearnes ! Massive thanks to Lynda, Michael and especially Hannah for all your hard work and support during our sale. Michael is very professional when it came to the viewings , make sure you keep hold of him ! From the first moment placing our house on the market with fantastic photos and marketing from Lynda to getting the viewings, they were nothing short of professional. Hannah , you deserve a medal ! Thanks for putting up with us when we started to worry, you kept us reassured and informed throughout. I’ll say it again , Thank you all so much for helping us through this slightly stressful journey and making it all flow easier …and for selling our home !
