Cannot thank Matt enough for his help and support liaising with all solicitors and agents, despite Hearnes not being the agent for the property I was selling. Friendly, reliable, knowledgable - a great team. 100% recommend for selling a property through / buying a property from. Thanks for all the effort you put in - the bottle of wine on key collection was an added bonus!

GoogleWe have just completed on the sale of my late mother's home in Merley. I would highly recommend Hearnes as an estate agent. They are professional and responsive. Clive was so kind and compassionate about my situation when I first walked in the door. I decided to go with Hearne's due to Clive and Jeremy's positivity about the house, it needed work but they weren't negative about it and could see the positives and benefits about the property as a whole. All staff that I have spoken to - Clive, Jeremy, Judi and Linda have kept me well informed throughout the whole process. Thank you all for making a difficult time a little easier.

Our primary contact was Jeremy and from the first day of the viewing, all the way to the day we got the keys from him, he was an absolute wonder to work with. Kept us up to date, answered any and all our questions, and ensure we given as much detail as possible.

GoogleNot happy at all going to use someone else, guy taking pics was in and out very quickly, zero advice on preparing rooms for photos, and as a knock on effect from these poor photos we've no viewings in 5months whilst everything around us sells. Also doesn't seem to make it into the search very well at all. Over all not happy and will not use them again.

I want to point out that this review relates only to Hearnes in Ringwood and not in the other branches. The people at the Ringwood office seem to be incapable of replying to emails, phone messages etc. If I were trying to sell my property they would be the very last company i would use. They are absolutely hopeless.

GoogleHearnes in Wimborne are probably one of the best agents around. I sold a previous property through Hearnes in Ringwood and even though my current property has been on the market longer than expected, I would highly recommend the team of Mark, Judi and Linda in Wimborne. They are always so helpful and very flexible.

FacebookHaving bought our house with hearnes 4 years ago, we didn’t hesitate to use them to sell it on this time. Matt came over to value the property remembering it well from selling it to us last time and put us at ease from the get go. Although it took a while longer to sell than I’d initially hoped, I was never in any doubt that the whole team were doing all they could to get the right people viewing and thus get the offers we were looking for. They were in constant contact with feedback from every viewing and proactive marketing suggestions and advice. Once the sale had been agreed, it was a nervous few weeks through the lockdowns before completion and I’m so grateful for Juliet for keeping everything within the chain together and moving forward - this really was invaluable and made us very thankful to be with Hearnes. Thank you all!

FacebookHearnes Bournemouth recently sold our house and I could not fault them, compared to so many agents I have dealt with Hearnes have been by far the most efficient and professional. They went over and above in every way possible and made sure communication was consistent. Not only that they have been excellent in helping us find our next home.
