I highly recommend the team at Hearnes, they helped to sell our home in 2026. From the start they were professional, diligent and provided a friendly and highly knowledgeable service. Eleanor worked with us from the beginning, all the way to exchange and completion so we knew what was happening the whole time - Eleanor is clearly someone who cares and enjoys her work and we're particular grateful to her. Matt, Sam and Andy also helped in the process, in fact the whole team were there when we needed them. I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you for helping us move.

We recently sold our house through Hearnes in Bournemouth and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The whole team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout. Communication was excellent, we received feedback after every viewing, had regular weekly catch-ups, and were always kept informed with suggestions and advice about progress, marketing and strategy. Having a dedicated member of the team to help progress the sale, communicate along the chain and keep everything on track was also invaluable and made the whole process feel so much less stressful. This was our first house move in 24 years, so it felt like a pretty big deal for us! We always felt we were in safe hands and I honestly can’t rate the team at Hearnes highly enough. A huge thank you to everyone involved, with a special mention to Matt, Eleanor and Skye, who were absolutely fantastic throughout and really did go above and beyond for us. I do not recommend the Ferndown branch, particularly if you are dealing with Alec. After finally managing to arrange a viewing, Alec arrived on time, unlocked the property and then spent most of the viewing standing in the kitchen watching videos on his phone. He offered limited information about the property and did not engage with us until the very end of viewing.

Terrible experience and a complete waste of time. How RUDE is that, AVOID AT ALL COST as they cannot be trusted. I stayed in all morning waiting for the Estate Agent to arrive but she arrived late. She was not able to help as she wanted to put my Cottage on the market for approx £100,000 less than its true value. Also it was £110,000 less than I was offered 4 years ago but the buyers chain collapsed.
