GoogleWe had our property on the market for some time before deciding to move to Hearnes, having initially been introduced to Andy. From the outset they provided clear, honest advice and a well thought-out strategy. The whole team were excellent with viewings and managed to secure a sale for our house very quickly. They also introduced us to our new home through their confidential marketing, which made the whole process and negotiations far more efficient. Throughout the entire journey the team were always available, highly professional and extremely supportive. Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, but they made the process feel smooth and well managed. I couldn’t recommend the team at Hearnes enough - just wish we found them sooner 😊

GoogleHearnes sold our house quickly with very few viewings in a difficult market and we were very happy with the quantity and quality of the images they used to market the house. The way that the property details that people see on Rightmove were very detailed and personal to the house presented as professional and informative, which no doubt helped to secure maximum viewings and a quick sale. The Star of the show however, was Hannah. We had what turned out to be a complicated chain with 6 parties involved and involved numerous stumbling blocks. Hannah always kept everybody in the chain updated every step of the way with any new information and went over and above her duties to progress the sale. We felt that in a chain like ours, no news is bad news, and Hannah's proactive approach kept everybody calm and patient. It is thanks in no small part to Hannah that we are moving into our new house tomorrow! Thanks Hannah!

GoogleThis was our first time purchasing a house, Hearnes were amazing. They kept in touch and even helped with the difficulties we were having with our own estate agents. Everything was explained clearly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Katie was great at showing us around suitable properties and Hannah was extremely helpful all the way through our purchase. Will definitely use them again.

GoogleFinding a buyer was a slow process due to the economy and trying to advertise without a board due to my premises not allowing a board up, but once found a buyer Hearnes were very helpful nothing was too much trouble. I could go for extra viewings and they kept me informed all the way.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Hearnes Estate Agents in Bournemouth. Matt and Andy were my main points of contact and were outstanding throughout the entire process. They sold my property quickly, carried out thorough background checks on my buyer, and also proactively checked the chain below me, which meant there were no complications or unpleasant surprises. Every agent who carried out viewings provided prompt, detailed feedback, and I was always kept fully informed. Their communication, attention to detail, and proactive management of the chain gave me complete confidence from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hearnes, particularly Matt and Andy, to anyone looking to sell their property in the Bournemouth area.

GoogleGG, A nom de plume Like others I to have had a bad experience with this company. I viewed a Bungalow in Creekmoor July 2024- put in a fair offer which was just below the asking price which was accepted by the vendor I say again was accepted by the vendor, great I thought & started looking around for conveyance solicitors etc, just by chance I looked at the House advert on line again a couple of days later and saw that not only had the Hearnes not taken the house off the market or put ’sold subject to contract’ ‘under offer’ or ‘spoken for’ but they had actually gone back on line and started to re-advertise the house for the lower offer that I had just negotiated. A day or two later Hearnes called me and said sorry the house has gone to ‘a higher offer from a cash buyer ready to go’ but I said my offer had already been accepted by the Vendor! Hearnes even had the gall to phone and ask ‘do you still want us to sell your property for you’. Short answer was no, of course. I have just noticed on the land registry that the house was sold in December, Fifteen thousand pounds less than my offer - (so much for the higher offer)? it would appear someone somewhere is telling porky pies aren’t they? Possibly went to an associate or developer, or sold to someone who took out a Mortgage using Hearn’s in house Mortgage which means Hearn’s get a big percentage for selling the Mortgage. So much for Guff about family values on their website-just another estate agent who’s moral compass pings straight around to the ££££££s sign. make sure they take the house off the market once the offer has been accepted, estate agents have a label for a reason.

If you like a house hearnes r selling,go speak to your local agent and ask them to approach the home owners to sell,Hearnes will do whatever they can legal or not to get a higher return on selling and will destroy a buyer in the process And often lose a seller the deal

GoogleMy sister and I decided to use Hearns estate Ferndown for the marketing of our family property. The experience was brilliant one we were very happy with the team from marketing to sales progression everyone kept us informed at all times, there was a small hiccup on the day of exchange but it was out of the estate agents control which was resolved the next working day. Hearns have very good knowledge of this area and a large client base which helped us with a sale within a day ! Great communication and support throughout, I would highly recommend Hearns to sell your house in Ferndown.
