We were incredibly impressed with Hearnes Ferndown, who sold our bungalow in West Parley quickly and smoothly. After a failed attempt with another estate agent the previous year, who were a nightmare to deal with from start to finish, we'd completely lost faith in the process. Hearnes restored that faith from day one. My sister and I decided to use Hearns estate Ferndown for the marketing of our family property. The experience was brilliant one we were very happy with the team from marketing to sales progression everyone kept us informed at all times, there was a small hiccup on the day of exchange but it was out of the estate agents control which was resolved the next working day. Hearns have very good knowledge of this area and a large client base which helped us with a sale within a day ! Recently purchased a home via Hearnes Estate Agents in Ferndown. A good experience; the purchase, as others have been, was very stressful with lawyers and the chain ! A big shoutout to Fiona Kinsman at Hearnes, who was the sales progressor, the person in the back office who makes the deals happen, behind the scenes, making the phone calls, writing the emails to all the solicitors and persons in the chain, that keeps deals together. Brilliant! Without a professional pushing and keeping the various parties talking , communicating, and cajoling, sales and purchases often fail. A much-overlooked role and an important part of choosing a good agency to buy or sell through. Thank you.

I do not recommend the Ferndown branch, particularly if you are dealing with Alec. After finally managing to arrange a viewing, Alec arrived on time, unlocked the property and then spent most of the viewing standing in the kitchen watching videos on his phone. He offered limited information about the property and did not engage with us until the very end of viewing.

The team were all very professional and each member was kept informed about the progress of the sale. From the beginning, having a realistic price put on the propert and advice and updates of viewing, everyone was keen to get the sale finalised. When we called for any update, regardless of if our main contact was in the office or not, whoever we spoke to had answers to keep us updated. I recently purchased a property through Hearnes. The buying process was extremely stressful and full of ups and downs, however Hearnes were one of the few positives. I have nothing but respect for Nikki and the team who were very supportive throughout the process, however I would like to make a special mention to Angie who was fantastic! Would not recommend to go with Hernes, particularly the Ferndown branch when making such a big investment or selling your property. Each property I have had a viewing with them they have either been on their phone acting completely uninterested, acted like they don't want to be there, left us to view it alone or tried to put us off buying somewhere by being really negative about the property. I felt sorry for the sellers of these properties. I'm addition the communication is awful, we had an offer accepted on a property which unfortunately fell through from the sellers end and hearnes didn't not contact us to let us know. We are still waiting for the call months later (we eventually found out ourselves through the sellers themselves luckily as we had got to know them). They are also particularly rude at times, coming across unprofessional. This isn't just a recent thing, I viewed a few properties with them 2 years ago and had exactly the same experience and it appears nothing has changed, if not it's got worse.

The Team at Hearnes Ferndown have been fantastic! We were a buyer of a property they had listed and they were brilliant through the whole process. Bruno did an amazing first viewing of the property for us answered all the questions we had about the property and was very informative of the property and the buying process as this was our first time buy.
