GoogleNot happy at all going to use someone else, guy taking pics was in and out very quickly, zero advice on preparing rooms for photos, and as a knock on effect from these poor photos we've no viewings in 5months whilst everything around us sells. Also doesn't seem to make it into the search very well at all. Over all not happy and will not use them again.

GoogleI would just like to give a massive thanks to Lynda, Hannah, Jordan and the whole team at Hearnes estate agents. From initial listing to completion, the entire process was achieved in 6 weeks, which must be a record! Lynda provided excellent advice in positioning the property sale price and Jordan sold the house the day it was listed. From that point, Hannah executed the rest of the process with excellent professionalism and efficiency. I couldn’t have asked for a better service from anyone and would highly recommend Hearnes to deal with your sale.

They understood my needs as I was dealing with the sale of my late fathers house and did not live in the area. I want to point out that this review relates only to Hearnes in Ringwood and not in the other branches. The people at the Ringwood office seem to be incapable of replying to emails, phone messages etc. If I were trying to sell my property they would be the very last company i would use. They are absolutely hopeless.

After what felt like ages searching for our dream home ,things were turned around for us . She was incredibly sensitive to our needs and wishes, always ready to listen and offer her expert advice. Eleanor guided us through the entire process till the very completion with such understanding ,timely communication and admirable professionalism, and we truly felt supported every step of the way. What really stood out was how kind and friendly she was ; it felt like we were working with a friend rather than just a realtor. By the end of it all, we genuinely consider her a friend of family now !
